That's some will power there PJ, well done you. I got the kids a happy meal between them at the weekend, and didn't have anything. I was so proud. Have a good day today.
I had another good day yesterday, last nights tea was chicken breast, with lots of veggies and some new potatoes. I had sugar free jelly, fat free yoghurt and pinapple for pudding.
Food for today
B - 1 toast with beans & coffee
L - Turkey chilli (no rice) Penguin Wafer biscuit
D - Chicken with Pasta & Corn on Cob
Off on a date tonight with the hubby to see the bootleg beatles, so might have a glass of wine whilst we're there, but i'll make sure im in my syns.

Well done pj that's really hard!
Chids - well done your doing well! It's ok to have a treat so enjoy your wine even if its slightly more syns than you're allowed!
I lost 2lb this week so lost the 2 I gained last week! Phew!
I won the raffle last night at SW which was the ingredients for curry cakes so I might give those a try today!

Well done for resisting PJ!
chids - have a great time tonight, I'm sure you've earned yourself a glass of wine!
Dolly - well done on the loss, and winning the raffle, not sure I like the idea of curry cakes though!
I wasn't great yesterday, but not too bad I don't think - didn't actually count calories, not very easy when you've got a buffet lunch.
Fast day today, so a tin of soup for lunch, and chicken for dinner with some veg of some sort - I'll decide when I get home.

Morning all! I expected this thread busier after the motivating thats been flooding us recently?
PJ - Ooo I love a good McDonalds Happy Meal and WW wise they are not too bad. Well done for resisting though!
Chids - Whats turkey chilli like? Much different?
Dolly - What are curry cakes? What ingredients do they use? Well done on 2lbs lost thats great!
DD - I hate buffets for that very reason, its too easy to go overboard. I try to fill up on free stuff first then induldge a little bit.
AFM - I had a good day yesterday, H and the kids were off and I always get the urge to bake cakes, make bread and pizzas when they are off to keep them occupied but I also enjoying eating more when I have company! Ha ha. I did manage to just snack on fruit and a digestive biscuit though.
Today Munchkin is coming for lunch and I dont know what we will eat - I have beans on toast, egg on toast, jacket spud and beans or tune, or soup as options will see what everyone else fancies. Tonight I am doing the red thai curry again which is only 5pp without rice and I think I will have it with veg to bulk it out a bit.

1stBaby well done on resisting the cakes and baking yesterday!
AFM - excerised again last night, a few nights off last week and day 2 this week equals a painful bottom for me. H has said he's going to get up with me from next week and to the Shred together - we'll see!
Foodwise I've not been that great this week. Another chicken tanmen for lunch - I'm even bored of it now but haven't planned anything so unsure what to have today.

Dolly - well done on the loss. What are chilli cakes, can you share the recipie?
1st baby - i've done a couple of things now with turkey mince and you know, you can't tell the difference. I find it much meatier too, i like it. So much better for me than beef mince too i would imagine.
Belle - sorry to hear you've got butt ache. But no pain, no gain.
13/03/2013 at 13:12
Butt ache lol love it!
Chids - May try turkey mince next week in my chilli and see if H realises!
13/03/2013 at 13:48
The only way he might realise is because it's paler. It's lovely though, so much tastier.

I've lost 2lb since Monday so I'm pretty pleased although I thought that would happen as I was on my period.
I had 2 x weetabix for brekkie
Lunch my friend and her kids came so I did homemade potato salad, homemade tuna pasta, other salady bits & dips, bread sticks etc.
Sausage & mash with gravy & veg for tea.
Does anyone else find they actually feel much better for eating healthy stuff?
13/03/2013 at 15:00
MossyE - i feel so much better for the healthier stuff i'm eating. I'm not falling asleep at my desk in the afternoon at work which is a good thing. My skin also feels better too.

So here's the details to the curry loaf/ cakes
You can use plain rice if you don't like the one in the picture.
You can only use the chickpea Dahl stuff from either Morrisons or asda. The sainsburys one h as syns.
It says on the instructions to put in to a loaf tin but its better divided in to cup cake cases and obviously takes less cooking times.

Well done all. Sounds good. I have managed to do shred whilst babies were asleep. I may try and do it again once they go to bed. H still trying to fix the car so will keep my occupied!
