How are you getting on this week? I had a good day yesterday, I went to the gym but it was so hot I left after 10 minutes and went for a 30 minute run along the sea front which was much better.
Today I'm at work, as is H so I won't get to the gym tonight or tomorrow but will manage Friday, Saturday and Sunday and I haven't done the ab challenge for a few days so need to start that again.
I'm not weighing in until Sunday this week. I lost 1lb when I weighed in on Saturday taking me to a stone. My next goal is getting to 10st 13lbs for my holidays in about 11 weeks or so.

Morning, well done on losing a stone in total SW.
I've not been too bad, started Ripped in 30 on Monday, I'm going to mix it up with 6w6p but need to buy some heavier weights.
B - strawberries as yoghurt
L - ham salad pitta bread and apple
D - just some pasta as we're running low on food and The Food Man is coming tonight.

Lindtbunny - well done on the exercise.
Me - I'm doing ok, not had the best of weeks, not really kept track of my syns as well as I should have. I hope I've not done too much damage tomorrow at weigh in, i'd love to get into the 17st bracket, but that means 1.5lb off. We shall see.
Did Race for life, which I really enjoyed, I need to get out and power walk/jog more. I'm not going to zumba tonight, I ache too much. Instead we're taking the babies swimming, although I don't suppose i'll be getting much swimming done. Probably more splashing in the water.

Morning. I went camping at the weekend and ate like a horse the whole time. Did get some exercise lugging stuff to and from the car but not convinced its enough to off set the crisps and cake and wine. This week I've struggled to get back into it I have to admit. So I'm going to try to concentrate for the rest of the week.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is pitta bread and fruit and nuts
Dinner is thai green curry

Bloody sickness has put a spanner in the works for me, I was really in the zone too. I might attempt to shred tonigh, will see how tired I am after my first day back at work.

I wasn't too bad yesterday but it was a feast day - good job really as they brought lunch in and I had a gorgeous ciabatta bread with hot turkey, stuffing and chilli jam, mmmmm!
Today is a fast day, and I'll be having salad and yogurt for lunch, and chicken breast with veg for dinner.

I'm really pleased, have lost a lb since last week which is great considering my naughty naughty weekend. Can you put me on the chart as 9stone 8lb please SW?
I've been good today, went to supermarket this morning because we literally have no food and I was sooo hungry walking around the shop I kept fancying stuff that was bad but I managed to resist it all and waited till I got home to eat some lunch!

I know I've been ill but I'm struggling to shift the last few lbs. I've always done 1-2lb per week as a good steady loss but lately I've not been losing at all starting to bug me now.

How much do you want to lose Belle? I know what you mean about these last few pounds. I'm actually only one pound off my original target but my tummy is still way off how I want it to be so may have to move my goal!

9st 5lb is my target. I could give up and be happy at 9st 7lb (weighed in this morning) but that seems like a cheat. I have far more exercise and toning to do that weight to lose, insides of my thighs and tummy mainly. Bum could do with being perkier too. 60something days til my holiday. I GOT to get back on it.

At least you've got plenty of time to sort it out before your hols. I think I'm going to have to change my goal to 9 stone 5ish and see how I feel then. The only part of my body that needs work is my tummy and love handles. I think toning is probably the best way to go!
