Morning, how's it going? I had a pretty good day yesterday. This morning I'm off th the gym then this afternoon we ate going on a 5m walk which will burn some calories, especially pushing J in the buggy, the downside for the diet is that we'll end up in the pub for a couple of drinks but the gym and the walk should counteract that. I'm also still doing the ab challenge - day 18 today.

Lots of exercise SW, that's good and should make up for the pub.
I'm not doing good on the exercise front, hardly done anything this week and not going to zumba tonight as H is working a late shift. I'm not feeling hopeful for weigh in tomorrow at all.
B - 2 toast with tinned plum tomatoes
L - Jacket spud & beans, muller light
D - chicken, corn on the cob, rice

Morning. I think my day went downhill yesterday food wise, ending up with a slice of honeycombe cheesecake. That and the pork belly for dinner were not the healthiest options every. But hoping the calories burned from exercise might just make me even!
I did level 4 of Ripped in 30 yesterday and can really feel the tops of my arms today. Ouch!
Today will be doing the ab challenge later, going for a walk at lunchtime. At work so fairly sendentary day overall.
Breakfast was fruit and yoghurt
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is greek salad

Hello everyone. Well I am back, boo! The baby is 6.5 weeks now so the diet started on Monday. I am so sad - I actually lurked on this thread the whole way through my pregnancy (probably whilst chomping on a cake!).
I'm just doing calorie counting with mfpfor now and will see how that goes. If I find I am not sticking to it/seeing results in a coup,e of weeks I'll drag my ass back to ww. I am current,y set at around 1900 calories as I am BF - I think I added 500 to allow for this. Does this sound about right? I was rather hoping Bf would make me thin instantly but sadly it hasn't.
I was 11.4 when I weighed in on Monday. I was a bit of a chubster at 10.10 when I fell pregnant so that is my initial goal. We go on hols 6 week on Saturday and I can't even contemplate swimwear at the mo. I had a CS so haven't been exercising. Initially I will be walking (did 8 miles yesterday) and giving 30ds a go. I'm not sure how up to it my tummy may be though.
I'll try to get on daily but with 3 kids pestering me constantly I may not get a chance to post.

SW - Naughty pub but loads of exercise!
Chids - Did you see the suggestions yesterday? Your lunch sounds much better - dont be disheartned x
AFM - Ok yesterday, no exercise though. Struggling on that front, Wont get to gym tonight as going to give blood.
