Morning, where was everyone yesterday, only me, Belle and Cedar posted. I had a good day yesterday, lots of exercise and was good food wise. Just waiting for the gym to open, it's a little bit cooler so I'm going to try my run indoors today as it was hard work outside yesterday. Going shopping this afternoon for some holiday bits.

Girls I need your help! I've not done a thing since Friday evening. I keep intending to get up and Shred but at 5.30am I odn't have the energy and then at 8pm-ish I'm sweltering and don't have the energy need to keep up the toning of stomach and my bum and inner thighs....KICK me into touch please! I've now finished off the beers & wine that were in the house so hopefully tonight no temptations but diet pepsi.

It's hard in this heat isn't it? I've just finished at the gym and it was torture. Your going to have to push yourself to get up early and get it out of the way before work. I know it's hard but you've managed it before and with it being so light in the morning it's not such a chore as it is in the winter when it's dark. Also keep telling yourself how good it feels when you've got up and done it before work instead if thinking you've got to do it when you get in. You can do it Belle!

I know I know! H has tried every morning this week to get me out of bed but I've just refused but ended up laying there awake. Lazy cow!

It's annoying when you have stuff to tempt you in the house, usually it's crisps and houmous here. I've gone off the boil completely but I have only gained half a pound, which I'm really pleased about, as I've been eating junk!

I am back on the thread for the next 6 weeks at least!!
I need to lose about 12 pounds so am dieting again and have great intentions of exercising again but as you have all said it is sooo hard to get the motivation in the heat. I was all geared up for a jog last night but H got held up at work and was home too late. Think it looks like shredding or some other Jillian DVD is required.

Can I join in?! I am desperately trying to lose the chub! I am at the heaviest ive been in yonks and HATE what i see in the mirror!
I went to my new gym for the first time on Monday and am booked in for boxfit tomorrow. Been using MFP to track my calories and im off the booze...which makes me want to weep!
I've stocked up on salad stuff for this week's lunches and planned meals for myself and H. I walk to and from the station and try and get up and move about as much as I can at work.

Rod, salads for lunch and off the booze were the keys to my success that last time I managed to get rid of the stone that I have now almost put on again Good luck!!

Belle, its easier said than done isn't it? I find shredding boring now, I much prefer to get outside or to the gym and do my exercise. How are you at jogging? Would you not fancy going out for a jog, even just 20 mins will get a good sweat on.

DS - Half a pound is nothing, you can lose that going to the toilet ha ha.
AlsiT - Nice to see you back. Why are you back just for 6 weeks? Have you got something planned you need to lose the 12lbs for?
Rod - Welcome, well done on getting started at the gym and booking in for Boxafit. Have you got much to lose? If I cut down on the drink I lose the weight much quicker but I like it too much ha ha.
