Morning, so far so good this week for me. Just waiting outside the gym for it to open, planning on doing a lot of cardio today while it's cooler, it's been hard in the heat. Also going for a walk this afternoon.

I'm so back in the zone this week! It's definitely easier in this heat as I just don't feel like eating as much. Sweated my backside off at zumba last night, I could barely finish the class it was sooo hot!

Morning SW keep up the good work!
Did my usual squats and sit ups last night. DVD player is broken so can't get the Shred DVD out H is hoping to fix it today for me.
Morning SW - get you waiting for the gym to open, that's dedication.
I've walked again this morning to work, so another 25 mins. Then I shall walk to mum's from work to pick the kids up so that's another 15 mins. Food wise i'm doing ok
B - Omlette with mushrooms, bacon
L - Ham bap, muller light, strawberries & cherries
D - Homemade turkey burgers & salad

I;m being good food wise. Went to a combat class on monday which was fab and I still ache from it. Got to get back to weighing myself to keep me focussed.
No time for gym this week due to evening commitments, but I am aiming to walk where I can and be sensible with food.
