Morning, I was naughty last night and had some beers, I was probably within calories as I burnt loads at the gym but that's not the point. Doubt I'll get the pound off I wanted to get under 11st but I've got 2 full days to try. At the gym again this morning.

I was thinking of you, did u know holsten pils are the best beer to drink followed by coors light, I know u drink bud so wondered if u realised?
Iv been good, weigh in tonight, so will see what it shows, hoping to have shifted what I piled on on holiday, it really is the alcohol that does it for me, so unfair

Morning cp, good luck for weigh in. I new about Coors light which I sometimes drink when I'm out but holsten pills is yack, I love me bud, just means I have to work extra hard at the gym because of it ha ha.

Just got back from weigh in and lost 3lbs!! Really pleased as I've got the first stone off (my Christmas goal was to have lost a pound so i am way ahead of my own schedule!!). Really pleased with myself! If i can lose another 1lb this week i have lost half what i need to to get to goal! X

I'm ok, feel mega bloated today. Was ok yesterday until I got home, but H had cooked a curry with all the trimmings. The curry was fine, SW friendly, but the bits that went with it weren't.
Today so far I've had shredded wheat bite size for breakfast, which is probably why i'm so bloated and windy. I usually am if i'd had cereal. Then for lunch I've got SW friendly chilli and a jacket spud.
For tea, I've got a piece of steak out of the freezer, so i'll be having that and corn on the cob, not sure what else with it though. Possibly some savoury rice.

MM well done on the loss that's fab!
AFM went Harvester for dinner last night as G's boyfriend asked us out. I had a Gin and Slim then simply chicken which is a chicken breast peas and jacket potato. Ate half the spud only as was so bloated.
I need to do some serious tummy work outs as I may be wearing a crop on Saturday night!

Hi all, sorry late to this as usual!! Food wise been good this week. Managed run 2 week 9 couch to 5. 1 more and I've completed it?! Have booked to do a 5k run on dec 1st so def keeping up the exercise! Hopefully catch you all tmw x

hi all, I've been good this week and I weigh in on Friday. I am craving everything under the sun though, roll on Friday which will be treat day, if I can hang on that long! (I will, I will!)
I've shredded Fri- Mon, not Tues or today as I've been working but will shred tomorrow again, even though it bloody killed my legs. My calves hurt so bad!
B'fast-porridge, skimmed milk.
lunch- 2x toast and jam, fruit
snack- ww bar
dinner- 2 x toast, 2 eggs , mushrooms and tomatoes. Banana.
MM well done for your loss! How did you get on CP? Belle I'm impressed you ate so healthily when out for dinner. I usually say Sod it if I'm out!
