How's things going? I had a bit of a rubbish day yesterday, I kept picking and felt hungry all day but did have a really nice tea, Thai stir fry, it was just a box from Asda and I added a hot chilli sauce, chicken and a packet of chilli noodles.
Today I'm at work which keeps me on track, then off to the gym when I finish.
B - Go ahead bar
L - Soup and fruit
D - either a ready meal or a sandwich as H is out tonight.

Morning SW. I had an OK day overall yesterday - I think I was still in calories even with a slice of cake (or that might be a bit of wishful thinking). Its my wedding anniversary today so H and I are having a nice meal at home. There will be wine and millionaires shortcake dessert which has about a million calories so won't be on track today!
I definitely feel a bit fitter than I did and actually ran to catch the train the other day without dying (including 78 steps into the station)!
Breakfast was fruit and cereal
Lunch is salad and fruit
Dinner is salmon with roasted sweet pots and veggies plus yummy dessert!

I had a good day yesterday. Made a lovely jambalaya for tea, SW recipe so very healthy.
Today's tea won't be so healthy, pie & acti-fry chips but will make sure I'm in calories overall.

Yesterday I felt ill so we had a dirty kebab for tea!
SO far so good today, although not sure whats for tea tonight x

AFM I've had a good day, was good at work all day, then had a good session in the gym (40 minutes on the stepper, a 10 minute run and 20 minutes on the cross trainer). H is out tonight so I had a sandwich for tea, then was craving something sweet so had a mini packet of milky stars (only 67 calories) and it did the job.

i FELT SO MUCH BETTER - HAD A GOOD REST YESTERDAY AND Good nights sleep.
I;ve eaten so much today but hopefully still within points!
