Morning SW, you are doing so well with the gym - hope the bloating settles soon.
0.2lb off this morning, not bad given I've not had a particularly good week. Hopefully I'll follow my pattern and have a better loss next week. I was told this week though that my weight loss is noticeable in my face so that was nice to hear.
Off for a run this morning with my dad, had a few bad runs lately so hoping it will be easier today after a break, then out for a drink with my friend tonight which I'm looking forward too - can afford two large glasses of wine out of my daily points which is fab.

Morning. Well done on your loss Margot - its always nice when you don't feel like you've done particularly well to see the scales shift!
SW - hope you enjoy the gym today.
I had an OK day yesterday. I ate well all day but went out for dinner in the evening. We shared a bottle of wine between three of us and went to a Mexican place where we had a pick and mix of different meals. Lots of salads and vegetables (one of my friends is a veggie) in there so I think overall it wasn't too bad.
Today I'm at work so have plenty to be getting on with to distract me.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is a prawn sandwich and fruit
Dinner is prawn curry (I have just realised that I'm now having prawns for both meals! That didn't occur to me in M&S this morning!).

Margot, well done on the loss, its great when you feel you haven't had a good week yet still lose and nice when people start to notice. Hope the run is easier today, I'm not keen on running outside when its so cold, it hurts my chest.
Cedar I'm sure the glass of wine and the food won't do too much harm, it sounds like pretty healthy food.
I've just got back from the gym and I'm knackered, I did a 5 mile run, 20 minutes on the stepper, 10 minutes on the cross trainer, upper body weights and sit ups/crunches/plank etc. Feeling good though and hope all the hard work pays off on the scales on Saturday, then it will only be 4 weeks until my sisters wedding.

SW - Keep going girl! You would loose loads if you ditched the booze for the next 4 weeks - not only that your stomach will be loads less bloated!
Margot - Well done on the loss - are you on WW?
Cedar - I love prawns and rarely think to buy them - think they will be on my menu next week!
I;m ok - just get so disheartened by this last 7lbs! I WILL get there though, I just need to be strict!

Stick with it 1st Baby! Its a bit boring when it won't come off but you will get there. We don't buy prawns very often either which is why its funny that I'm eating them for both meals today.
SW - well done on the gym. As ever I am exhausted just reading about it! I have just forced myself to walk up the stairs at work which doesn't compare but I so wanted to get in the lift today. But then I remembered the lift gives me lift rage anyway so I did the stairs.

1stbaby don't be disheartened, keep at it and it will come off, even if it takes a while. It's not a big amount to lose but I know when you are stuck at a certain weight it gets you down.
I know I would lose loads if I ditched the booze but it ain't gonna happen I'm really bloated at the minute due to a period I've had for nearly a week which is unheard of for me but I've been trying to drink loads of water through the day to try and get rid of it.

I had weigh in today and lost 3lbs! Really pleased. Another half a pound and i've lost 1.5st. Only another stone to go!! Today's menu -

Hi everyone! Hope you've all stuck to your good intentions today! Yesterday I was awful, ate cake (small amount but still not good) and about 8 choc biscuits! Don't know what came over me! Anyway, been really good today so hopefully that will offset my naughtiness.
B - yoghurt
L - apple
T - pork stroganoff with new pots, carrots, broccoli & fine beans.
