I'm being awful today, have such a bad hangover! Eating everything I shouldn't haha! I'll be back on it tomorrow though.

Well done SW on sticking with it food wise and at the gym. WS, it's impossible to diet when you've got a hangover! Hope you had a good night.
I did well yesterday, ate under calories and I was really hungry last night but resisted which I'm pleased with myself for.
B - cup of tea x 2
L - Ham salad
T - battered fish and veg

Im still here. Started back following ww on monday and already feel less bloated. been doing to the 7 min workout and havent felt any benefot until last night my stomach was hurting from the sit up section!

I ate a lemon cake and a chocolate éclair last night then two helpings of dinner. My H was being an ass so I blame him. I did my sit ups and squats though.

Morning I had a good day yesterday. Was within calories by the end of the day. At work today and there are no snacks anywhere to tempt me so I should be OK.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be salad and fruit
Dinner will be a fishcake and veggies
Keep it up everyone!

I haven't had coke since Monday night.....for me this is unheard of. Am feeling a bit less bloated but have a massive headache from sugar and caffeine withdrawal lol

1stbaby, what's this 7 minute work out? I started doing crunches with the medicine ball on Monday and my stomach is really aching so it must be doing something.

Cedar its hard when you are at work, thankfully people in my office are dieting so there's not treats lying around.

I've done my stint at the gym, worked hard - 20 minute run, 20 minutes stepper, 20 minutes cross trainer, 10 minutes bike, upper body weights and crunches. Housework to do this afternoon.

Good workout SW, I am back on the gym track this week, just a bit of cardio and swimming for me though. might fit in a game of badminton with OH this weekend though.
