I had a good day yesterday, managed my sit ups and quats and push ups so not a bad start t the week. Dinner was chicken breast and roasted veg, then I had a packet of crisps - oh well. I'm slowly getting out of the needing something to nibble on whilst watching TV habit.
Today usual breakfast for me, lunch is lamb and something (haven't had the menu yet) dinner will be tuna and salad beans.

I had a good day yesterday. Stuck to meals, no extra snacking in the evening which I've been doing all over Christmas.
Today so far has been good. Surprisingly, my office which is normally full of snacks is a snack free zone at the moment so there's no temptation.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch was cheese salad
Snack is nuts and fruit
Dinner is pasta (I thinK)
Am off to have a quick lunch time walk in a minute as well.

Hi everyone, I'm sorry I'm so on and off here but I'm still being logged out all the time and it drives me nuts! I thought this thread would be busier for only the8th of January.
My diet didn't start on the 1st I waited until this Monday when I knew I could hit it head on. I'm feeling really good and motivated about this and I'm keeping myself going thinking how much better I could look this time next year. Smoothie maker/blender has been hauled out like it does every January for hopefully making healthy soups and fruit shakes. So here goes I'm on bored, for twenty minutes until I get logged out again and strop!

Hi all, late to this today but good to hear lots of people staying motivated and on track.
Good day here yesterday and a good loss, weighed in at 11st 8.2lb this morning, which is 3.4lb off from last week which I'm really pleased with. Today I've walked two school runs and been for a 4 mile run with my dad, hard work but I got round. Have been really busy round all that as Jacob had his swimming lesson as well which has meant less time to snack. Hoping to stave off evening snacking tonight either by doing my nails or some crochet - but not both at once!

Belle well done on the exercise last night. What's a packet of crisps between friends. You don't need to worry about a bit of snacking here and there, especially since you haven't got any Christmas weight to get off.
QS I wonder why you are keep getting logged out, have you emailed Sarah about it? Sounds like you are really motivated. This time last year I was nearly 2st heavier than I am now and I felt horrible about myself but it just goes to show what you can do in a year.
Margot well done on the loss, that's brilliant. Keep up with the exercise, my run was hard today as well (mine was on the treadmill though and not outside which is so much harder).
So far, so good for me today, I haven't snacked and went for an hours walk this afternoon. H is nightshift tonight so tea is soup and a tiger roll.

It's good to see people are doing well.
I've been really good so far this week, keeping as close to my calories allowance as possible but have had a few little treats. I've been using the Change 4 Life app to help meal plan and have created so,e really delicious, healthy meals this week. I hope to have a really good loss when I weigh in on Friday.

Well done DS. Are you doing any particular diet or just calorie counting? I'll have a look at the Change 4 Life, I'm after new ideas for meals, I always seem to cook the same thing.

I'm using MFP, it's the only one that I've lost weight with. The app is great, I wish I tried it earlier.
