Eugh! I have a sore throat feeling v sorry for my self but h is jumping for joy as I have no voice
taking L for a haircut today then we are off to see a magician at the library

t boys are having mushroom risotto, not sure if I will, I might just have scrambled egg????

Morning, hope you feel better soon. I had a good day yesterday, burnt 1200 calories at the gym and am hoping to do the same this morning. Not sure what our plans are for the rest of the day as the weather is pants again. B - tea, l - ryvita, d - small gammon steak, new potatoes and veg.

Morning. I'm at work today. Feeling in the zone still. (Even if I had Easter egg last night!).
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch will be salad and fruit
Dinner will be paella
Will try and get out for a walk at lunch time to get some exercise in. And will be trying to glug lots of water as well.

I'm feeling poop today. Full of cold, and i've got a pain in back back when i breathe in.
B - 2 wholemeal bread with bacon and egg
L - Left over syn free beef curry
D - Pasta of some description
Got zumba tonight for an hour, hopefully it'll clear my head and sweat my cold out.

Morning all - so many bugs around - hope you are all better soon.
Good ish day for me yesterday but was at a friends for lunch so had a salami and mozzerella pannini which cant have been good.
Swimg or gym tonight - i must go!
B: Banana and tea
L: Chicken salad
D: Not sure, maybe cous cous stuffed peppers or something light after the gym!

Keep up the good work everyone. I hear the big ball of fire in the sky is due to make an appearance next week. That should keep us all motivated for Summer, holidays and swimwear!

Cedar - Glad your feeling in the zone, we still have loads of Easter eggs, I'm trying my hardest to resist them.
Chids hope you feel better soon.
1stbaby - Yesterday's lunch sounds yummy, hope you manage to get to the gym or swimming tonight.
Belle - I heard the same thing, although I think its going to be more down your way than up here but its still going to be better than it has.
I had a good work out at the gym, 30 minute run, 30 mins on the stepper then 5 min cool down on the bike, 1050 calories burnt.
