MMorning well uniform update, size 10 top and a very tight size 14 pair of trousers, I'm assured that apparently sizes on the trousers are strange and they are a 10/12 in normal sizes, hmmmmm I wonder if they are just telling me that. I said 'o are these a 10? They are a bit tight il need the 12' and she told me they were a 14
anyway - breakfast -yoghurt and oatbran
lunch - I'm in A&E today following a dr about so I won't get a break

Oh why do these places insist on having sizes which make us feel so rubbish about ourselves?? What does your new job entail CP?
I had an awful day yesterday food wise, usual thing of got stuff in the house so I've got to eat it!!

Morning. CP don't worry about the sizes. You know what you are in proper clothes. It would be much better if womens clothes were like mens and done on the actual measurement rather than 10, 12 whatever as these vary so much that they're not a true measurement.
Not too bad a day yesterday overall. In a meeting all morning which will stop snacking.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad
Dinner is fish and veggies.

MossyE - Stop buying stuff then you don't have to eat it, right it off though now and start again
Cedar - hope you have a good food day today, it sounds nice and healthy
1st baby - good plan about buying stuff for the kids you don't like. I'm actually pretty good at not pinching their snacks.
I'm really pleased today, i've got a top on for work that i bought in September. I needed some new work stuff after having S but it was actually to small so i've not worn it until today. It's still a bit more snug than i'd like, but it doesn't look stupid.
Breakfast 2 toast 1 boiled egg, coffee

T - turkey, veggies, mash potato, gravy

Yay on the better clothing sizes girls!
I was terrible yesterday, Thai for lunch, haribo to snack then dirty shared kebab with H for dinner as I was at hairdressers for 2.5hrs! Today we're off to Hush for my goodbye lunch, I'm thinking lamb rump with lots and lots of wine

Wasn't too bad yesterday, chose a nice healthy salad for my lunch at the pub.
Fast day today, I've got soup for lunch and a yogurt, and need to go to the shops to get something healthy for dinner - probably fish to have with some veg or some sort. I'll be out at rehearsal tonight, so not only will it stop me from eating anything else, I'll also be doing some dancing to burn off a few calories too.

I've been really good the past couple of days after a horrendous weekend of gluttony. I hoping on a loss this week though it may be a small one.
B - Cornflakes (variety pack size)
L - tomato soup
D - wraps, filling to be decided.

Morning, being a rubbish MD-er of late! kids keeping me very busy! Still trying to fit in Shred when I can and doing lots of walking. Need to stop being naughty at the weekend. It's like I get to weigh day and I think I can be naughty all weekend! going to stick with it this weekend see if it helps lose more! sure it will!
No PJ... you don't need a takeaway just because you're watching Ant and Dec saturday night takeaway....
Not much planned for lunch so far but D will be soup! PJ xx

How good am i? I just resisted a Pain au Chocolat that someone had bought it. I did consider it, then i saw that there was at least 14 syns in one. That would be a whole days worth.

Well done Childs! Thats fab! I think its changing your whole outlook on food when you are trying to loos weight. Although it really hard, especially with H eating so much crap still but i just keep saying its not worth those extra calaories! PJ xx
