I'll admit, I didn't do it yesterday so today was day 2. It wasn't too hard, perhaps the break yesterday was a good idea (my legs were killing last night ) I did do some weight training instead last night though as I felt so anxious after such a scary day, I needed to burn some of it off!
How are you all getting on? I've taken a photo and plan to do a week by week weight loss diary. Hoping it keeps me motivated. This weeks photo made me think 'I look like my mother in my underwear' so it's certainly helped me get a move on Plus, it's almost time to get back out in the pool or on the beach as it's heating up over here!

Morning WS. Day 4 for me today, will complete when I go to the gym later. I was aching a bit climbing the stairs this morning so can't say I'm looking forward to it.

Day 6 completed last night, Day 7 tonight then level 2 from tomorrow.

Day 4 completed. It was hard today, I didn't go to the gym first so should of been easy. I have realised I have no upper body strength compared to my lower body.
Belle, are you not doing 10 days of each level?

I did before but I'm finding level 1 easy so need to mix it up a bit.

I find by day 6/7 I'm finding it easy but I like to do the 10 days so the muscles I'm working on get stronger for level 2. Also level 2 is the worst one I think so 10 days of each is enough for me.

I hadn't thought of it that way. Maybe I should stick to 10days and change. Only a couple mnore to go.
