Have you got a busy weekend coming up or are you chilling out ready for the festivities to begin?
Today I'm at work and have got a feeling its going to be mental but am happy because I finish at 4.30 til 3rd Jan
Tonight H is nightshift, last one until 3rd Jan I am babysitting E's friend tonight, once they are in bed I'm going to wrap the last of my bits that have come through the post and chill out.
Tomorrow as soon as H finishes at 9am we are doing the food shop, hoping it won't be too busy then I'm off to the gym for an hour. Saturday the weather is looking horrendous so I think we'll just stay in and chill out and watch a Christmas film. I am babysitting for another friend on the night, her 10yr old daughter is sleeping. Saturday night will be crap telly, some booze and I'm making a curry.
Sunday PIL have the kids for a couple of hours in the afternoon so going to sort the Christmas Eve hamper and maybe pop to the pub for an hour before the kids come back. The night will be a few drinks and trash tv.
Monday we are playing it by ear, if we fancy going out for a bit we will meet BIL and his family in the pub where there is a kids area to keep them happy for an hour or two. If not it will be fun and games in the house.
Its all getting exciting

same as you, I must wrap some presents! Food shopping and then we are going to the hospital to deliver cards and presents to SCBU and the Children's Unit. I also think I should tidy the house a bit to make some room for the choas that will erupt on Christmas Day.

Tonight I'll do some more wrapping once L is in bed I finally made a start last night.
Tomorrow up early & walk into town to get few bits & go to the bank. H is working in the morning but late afternoon he's taking L so they can get their haircut & I can do some more wrapping. We've got loads of pirate DVDs to watch so will put one on Sat night with a bottle of wine.
Sunday will be a lazy day for us all. I want L to nap as much as possible as he's shattered bless him. I'll be setting the table ready for Christmas & baking cookies for FC.
Christmas Eve we have panto at 12pm then late lunch / early dinner.

MrDD will be working all weekend, it's his busiest time of the year so it will mainly be just me and C.
Working today, although should be fairly quiet. Nothing this evening so an early night I think - I'm so tired
Tomorrow I have no idea, need to get some food shopping although don't want to go tomorrow - might go late tonight (although that blows my early night out the window) or tomorrow night to avoid most of the crowds.
Sunday - other than possibly going for a meal with MrDD and his parents after they've finished work, don't have any plans
Monday - I'm working, C's at pre-school in the morning then my parents are collecting him so I'll pick him up from theirs in the afternoon - I should be finished not long after lunch, then I've got to make MrDDs cheesecake. Quiet evening after C's gone to bed, I think MrDD will be looking forward to the rest!

Carole I'm so not looking forward to the food shopping. I actually don't need that much when I think about it because we are out at other peoples houses a lot of the time but going to fill my trolley with lots of treats and alcohol.
Kat glad you managed to start your wrapping, its a right chore. J seems to be tired as well, I think it must be all the parties and excitement. How was L's carol concert?
Deedee I bet Mr DD will be knackered and looking forward to a couple of days off over Christmas. Good luck with the food shopping.

Not a lot! Today I've been to the school Christingle service and once H gets home we're going to do the food shop. Need to do some more wrapping tonight.
Tomorrow and Sunday we have nothing planned, need to deliver some cards in the village and take a gift to the boys' godmother. Christmas eve will be a lazy day at home.

Tonight we're getting a curry take away and I need to wrap N's stocking presents
Tomorrow I'm getting my nails done while H takes N swimming in the morning, not sure what the plan is in the afternoon, I will then need to wrap N's big presents Sat night
Sunday we have water babies in the morning then I am hoping I will be able to get N to have a massive sleep as we are off for an early dinner and then to the panto at 6pm
Christmas Eve I need to pop to Waitrose first thing but then the celebration can commence. My folks are getting to us for 4pm
