Morning, I was naughty last night and had wine and beers oops. The rest of the weekend will be better. I'm of to the gym for body blast at 11, not sure what the rest of the days plans are. B - toast, l - sandwich, d - ready meal.

Ello. yup off the wagon here as per. I'm meal planning the rest of the week tonight, going to plug it into ww app later. While I'm drinking wine and eating popcorn. Ah well, it is Saturday night after all...

I've found it hard to do the challenges as Darcie's reflux was bad so had to up her med bit means very clingy and won't go down for naps. I did a 4.5 mile walk yesterday though and although at hen do tonight it's a salsa class so need to watch food intake especially as dessert is included with deal. Only one drink as driving any way and still have night feeds to do. Will restart challenges on Monday. Was very depressing trying to find something to wear, not one short dress fitted me :( maternity jeans it is.....

Good idea weekender. I've just done my shopping list for tomorrow, lots of healthy salads. I haven't had a good week this week so need to be 100% better from tomorrow.

Ok so I'm 10,7 and my mini goal is 10. I want to be 9,10 ish for going on holiday though to make way for holiday eating and drinking
Have started the ab and squat challenge eugh!

I think we go on holiday roughly the same time and I would love to be 10,10, I'm 11,7 now so we have the same amount of weight to lose in about the same amount of time. I keep forgetting to do the ab challenge but I'm going to push myself to try and get to the gym 5 times a week so I can tone as well as lose the pounds. Realistically I would be happy with 11,2 but I'll give myself the challenge of 10,10, I was that weight when I went on my first girls holiday and I was skinny then (although my tummy will never look like that again).

Im here. Done ab and squat challenge yesterday and just now. Been adding weights tothe squats so did 40 with weights 40 without. Crunches killed me after thd sot ups as usual was 50 of each today!

Well done belle. I'm giving Ghent gym a miss today, I've only had one day off since last Friday and I'm so aching from body pump yesterday. Going to do the ab challenge now.

I'm here, need to lose the weight I gained on holiday (and just before I went too!) All that sangria and Lays crisps (man I LOVE those crisps on holiday!) ice cream, chips etc is showing on my tummy! (sorry, did that make you hungry?!)
Had a fairly ok day yesterday but I'm teetering on the brink as I don't have much motivation.
B'fast- cereal, skimmed milk
Lunch- tuna salad wrap (using a WW wrap) packet of Velvet cruch. A banana
Snack- WW bar
Dinner.. not sure as yet poss a veg stir fry with noodles. Low fat yoghurt for dessert.
Fruit at other times for snacks
