How has your weekend been?
I weighed in on Saturday morning and am a pound heavier than I was before Christmas which I was really pleased with, the amount I ate and drank I should of put on half a stone so I'm not complaining.
I've had a naughty weekend, quite a bit to drink last night, followed by kebab and chips, very naughty but very nice.
Been to the gym this morning to try and work some of that kebab off.
So its 6 weeks to my sisters wedding and I would like to lose 4lbs, 6 pounds would be great and that would take me to a 2 stone loss since last February but I would be happy with the 4lbs.

Evening SW - it's good that you've only gained a pound and we're all allowed a night off! I reckon you'll make your 6lb loss for your sister's wedding as it's only a lb per week.
AFM - I've lost nearly 3.5lbs this week which is excellent and half of the Christmas gain. I need to meal plan for this coming week and make sure I get out walking with the kids so I have some form of exercise!

That's brilliant DS. I need to be really good this month if I want to get the 6lbs off as I've got loads of things going on in February so I wouldn't be able to stick with my diet as much as I should.

I've not been too bad this weekend foodwise but haven't done any exercise.
