I have been rubbish at getting on here recently - sorry everyone!
Diet wise doing really well. Lost 2lbs last week. 1 stone to go until i am within a healthy weight range. Would like to get there by the time i return to work but that means i have to lose 2lbs every week which is a bit of a tall order so just getting my weight to start with a 9 would be great! Thats definitely doable as only 7lbs to go in 7 weeks. Food today -

L - jacket spud with tuna and salad
D - butternut squash and bacon risotto

I'm not doing too bad! Drank too much last night but weighed this morning and have lost 4lb this week so I'm chuffed to bits! I'm starving all day today so I can have my curry and wine tonight! x
