Well done SW that's great! Not far off your target now! Is that your final target or just target for the wedding?
I couldn't post on MD all day yesterday for some reason.
I'm doing ok, today will be going over my allocated 1200 cals by a couple of hundred as having roast & wine later but I refuse to restrict myself completely at the weekends.
Now I'm getting the healthy eating sorted I really need to step up the exercise as that makes a big difference for my weight loss.

Well done SW all that gym work is really paying off.
Frankie - a few indulgences are OK.
I've exercised today but think I will be slightly over on calories. Will definitely be over tomorrow as my parents are coming to lunch so there will be wine and also cake to celebrate my dad's birthday.
One aim for me is to eat more slowly. I do tend to bolt my food normally. So now I am trying to take my time and actually think about what I am eating as I eat it.

Frankie I'm the same as you, I like to treat myself on a weekend. That's my target for the wedding then I'm hoping to lose another half a stone or so for my holidays.

I'm having a day off the gym and a day of treats - some beers and a take away later.

I'm still following WW although been terrible at tracking I am pretty sure I am in points. I went for a run this morning and got soaking wet, filthy and cold but I felt good afterwards.
SW - Well done on your loss, thats ace!
