Morning all... Hoping for another good day here today. We ate up MIL's last night and I 'm pretty sure I stayed within my syns for the day. Even though she made curry and chips as I know how she does her curry and the chips were in the actifry.
No idea on food for today yet - Tesco is due so I think I may hang on and have a cooked breakfast style brunch instead...

I had a pretty good day yesterday, managed to stick well within my calories Hope I can do the same today, although I'm off round a friends this evening to watch a DVD with nibbles etc, so I'll have to make sure I'm very good the rest of the day to save enough calories for that!

Sounds like we were all good, I stayed within MFP points. No idea on food today, hubby bought me a greggs ham salad oval bite, I will try to resort although its only 320 cals.
Hoping Beez is along today to update us on her first week doing the 5:2 diet.

Dolly, yep doing SW - I had a SW cooked breakfast, poached egg, bacon, beans load of mushrooms and two tesco half fat sausages for 4 syns. Lovely.

Sounds yummy! I had two dry fried eggs on a piece of toast.
Going to do a rissoto type dish for dinner with lots of super free :)
Hoping for at least a pound this week for my half stone!
Any good recommendations?

I love a good thai curry or the paprika chicken out of the hairy bikers cook book is fab. Loads of peppers for superfree.

Paprika chicken isnt spicy at all. Really tasty - my boys eat it with no problems. I like mushroom risotto too but as OH won't eat it I rarely make it :-(

A good day for me today, been walking round bluewater with Belle shopping and seen loads of things I would like to wear which is a great incentive. So today I have had:
B - weetabix
L - fruit and yogurt
S - skinny latte
D - fillet steak with peppercorn sauce, mushroom and chips followed by fruit salad with yogurt. All home made and no syns!! It's was delicious

OMG nina - I had the exact same thing for tea O:-)
I kept a slice of bread out of my healthy extra as yesterday I fancied a dippy egg yet I'm not sure I'll want it now.

Morning ladies, how are we all? Ladies with the fillet steaks and chips and peppercorn sauce I'm jealous! I was out with the girls last night for dinner, had a cured beef salad for starter then lasagne which I couldny finish. Also had half bottle of wine and three vodka diet cokes, but enjoyed every minute of it! Back on it today, B - bacon and toast, tea L - soup and salad, dinner is coq au vin with potatoes and green beans. I'm going to go for a walk just now and then yoga later on

Cured beef salad sounds nice... Another good day planned for me here today.
B: dippy egg and soldiers (1syn for spread) & melon
L: lamb roast. Gravy made with stock pot and water
D: chicken and spinach curry with boiled rice.
