Tiny loss for me this week 0.4 of a lb - still at least its coming off - weight now 9.10 exactly. 3lbs would be lovely for 2 weeks time - will get to the gym and get my mojo back tomorrow!

Well done on the weight loss 1stbaby. I havent been on this thread. I weighed in on monday and lost 1lb last week. I havent lost weight for a while so I think I have my mojo back. I had a blow out M&S valentine meal last night but intend to keep being good this week

Pelican beach - well done on your loss, I am sure your meal last night won't be an issue
AFM - weighed in last night 7lbs down.....very very happy with that
B - yogurt and banana
L - split pea and ham soup plus yogurt and pineapple
D - some kind of pasta dish using what's in the fridge!

I completely forgot it was Friday so didn't weigh this morning so I will tomorrow morning.
Well done to Pb for joining us and 1stb for your loss!
I'm having a fast day today so just fruit, soup and maybe a egg!

Beez are you finding this diet easy? How many calories are you eating on non fast days?
AFM I'm going to weigh in tomorrow so I stay on track tonight, I'm not anticipating a loss this week after E's birthday weekend last weekend but a sts would be great but that may be pushing it. Anyway, I'm at work today, then heading straight to the gym for a good work out as I didn't get there yesterday.

Morning ladies, well done on your losses and good luck to those who are still to weigh in.
I was very pleased last night, i'd lost 3lb. I did have a little treat after SW of a glass of wine with my dinner, but i only went 1 syn over.
Food wise today
B - 1 wholemeal toast & 1 boiled egg & coffee
S - 2 malted milk biscuits & coffee
L - Mugshot with banana and ski lemon mousse
T - i think we're going out for tea, so will choose wisely.

I did a half arsed attempt at day 19 of the shred last night. H was in a grump and Lou kept wanting my attention. Still I did something.

Well done on the fab losses everyone. Weigh in is Monday for me, I've stayed within points and still have my weeklies left but haven't eaten particularly well this week so I'm not optimistic, although I still have 3 days to make a difference. I really should get shredding but still have a dodgy knee.

I'm 1lb down this week so can't complain.
Foodwise I'm having:
B - porridge
L - pasta with chicken and stuff (not sure, going round my parents for lunch)
D - ham and cheese salad

I have so far lost 1st 5lb on slimming world and want to loose another 2 stone if I can.
My start weight was 13st 4 1/2lbs and I am now 11 st 13 1/2lbs. I go my club 10 award this week.
I am trying to get rid of the baby weight and a bit more.

You all seem to be really motivated at the moment but when you are finding it hard remember how great you feel when you see your weight going down on the scales.

Some fantastic losses this morning, well done.
Ninabeanie - 7lbs is a fantastic starting point. Even better if you didn't feel hungry at all as that's when it becomes a struggle.
Chids - well done on 3lbs. I know you were nervous about your first weigh in.
1st Baby - its good to get a loss even if just a small one.
Pelican Beach and Deedee - well done on your losses too.
Debbydoo - I've found Shredding hard on the knees and had to take it much more slowly than Jillian recommends. Otherwise they were agony the whole time
Chez2K - welcome
Belle - my H knows to stay out of the room when I'm Shredding. I just have to put up with the 5 year old and, sometimes, the vocal Siamese cat who miaows and tries to sit right next to me as I'm trying to do the plank
SW - you sound really motivated this week.
Beez - very interested to see how you find this fasting diet over time. Can you change your fasting days around?
As for me, I enjoyed a Valentine's meal and bottle of Cava with H last night so had no expectations this morning. The scales have gone down a pound so I'm pleased. But that does take me back to 11 st 7lb because I gained one the other week. So I'm back where I was (which I'm pleased about) but it only feels like a small achievement. Anyway, now I've given up chocolate for lent that gives me a good excuse for refusing/avoiding it.

Whoop whoop some great losses ladies! Remember that feeling of loosing and use it to keep you motivated. I know my last few lbs are going to be tough, its true when they say the last 7lbs are the hardest. SW Can you update me to goal 9.3 as think 9 is pushing my luck. I still have a chunky middle so will have to exercise to shift it. I need to keep focused for 2 more weeks and then I can enjoy my weekend away without feeling huge.
