I've just weighhed myself after having C, i din't put to much on but i would like to loose a bit and tone up.
I'm 9st 11lb and 5" 3in does anybody know how to work out what my weight should be? my aim is to get into a bikini for my holiday in july, whats the best way to do it? im crap with diets so i will just try and cut down eat healthily etc
i'm still a size 8-10 on top but gone up to a 14-16 on the bottom i'd like to get back to a 10-12, i need to loose it from my tummy, bum and legs,does anybody know any good excercise routines?

Try working out your BMI and that would give you an indication as to what is a healthy weight for your height.
Why don't you give the 30DS a go, it works all aspects of your body and only takes 20 mins.
