Come on girls no hiding! For many of us holiday is only a few weeks away. How are we getting on?
Last night I did the 30DS, 60 squats, and day 5 of the ab challenge so 30 sit ups, 12 crunches, 12 leg raises, 20s plank Dinner was spicy chicken tanmen.

Morning belle, well done on the exercise. I didn't have a great day yesterday but today will be better. Just finishing off on the bike at the gym and day 6 of the ab challenge complete ow.

Do you think with the ab challenge it tells you to do full sit ups first for a reason? I found it much easier last night having already done x amount due to shredding the full sit ups didn't hurt, but the crunches afterwards were much more difficult to do.

Oh stop showing off I only say that because I haven't shredded since Friday, I was in a bad mood last night so couldn't be bothered but will try later. I'm losing faith.

Oh I did do some stomach crunches and other exercises yesterday morning, probably only equivalent of half a shred.

Had a great fast day yesterday, hopefully I can not eat too much today! Need to be extra good this weekend because there's going to be lots of food (including tons of cake) at the weekend!!
B - porridge
L - salad, yogurt
S - fruit
D - steak and a few fries.
I'm out rehearsing tonight so at least I won't be tempted by the Thornton's chocolate bottle we were given for our anniversary on Sunday!

Scrap that I've lost another half inch off my tummy and my waist. All praise Jillian! I am now half an inch off where I was pre-pregnancy for waist and tummy is original size so now 1.5 inches to go for tummy and at least one more inch for waist.

Other than a walk around chester zoo, exercise has been none existent for me. Food wise i'm trying to do better, I want to lose this week.
B - omelette with mushrooms and bacon
L - superspeed soup, muller light
D - bolognaise with pasta
S - pineapple, grapes, cherries, strawberries

Still been doing the shred or ripped. On day 13 of the ab challenge and have been doing 50 squats in the mornings for a few days.
Feeling better about myself but not massively happy.
B: 2sausages And tea
L: ham and coleslaw sandwich
D: fish cake and veg

Good thread today - lots of motivation!
I managed day 17 of the ab challenge last night - it hurt so much but I got through it - did a 65s plank which considering I could only do 20s before, I am super impressed. My tummy is firmer but only underneath the layer of fat I have!

1st baby this is the same as my belly! It's strong and firm but I have some blobby bit on the forefront!!
I'm trying to ease up on the carbs for the next two weeks but I can't do it as strict a the Atkins because I get massive migraines from it. Don't know what else to try

Water, loads of it - lower GI carbs and eat them daytime rather than night time? So larger lunch with less at dinner time?

O feel sick if I drink loads if juice or water, h has a go at me and says I don't drink enough but I find it hard to drink? I will give it a try anyway, thanks love x

Ha girls when I do the plank i have a little saggy big of skin that hangs down, the girls find it hilarious and laugh at me

Right ladies, I'm back my hols and need to get my finger out! Not had a great day so far today, but back at work tomorrow so will be starting again then. What is this abs challenge?? It sounds like something I need!
AF is due today and not made an appearance...hoping she stays away but assuming she's going to turn up I'll see ya all in the morning!

I've been doing that and shred and the 30day squat challenge as this only takes a few minutes and doesn't feel like a proper workout.

Cheers belle I've just emailed both of those to H to print for me and challenged him to join me as we are both in need of shifting some weight. Both of us are quite competitive so a challenge will be good!
