Help me! I need to get back on it, I'm struggling! This weekend involved chips, vodka, burgers, hot chocolate, crisps, more chips, cupcakes, and ridiculous amounts of cocktails and a full fry up!

Ah god I could eat everything you have listed, instill in bed, a bit hungover and starving. I had a bit of buffet yesterday but that's it, wish I had got a kebab lol. Lost pound when weighed in yesterdaywhich I was pleased with. Can't say I'll be good today but will try.

1stbaby - I've been struggling a lot recently too, last week in Paris didn't help and I've not been any better since. I've put on all the weight I'd lost since Christmas and feel completely shitty about myself at the moment - other things not helping with that other than the diet though, a lot of my general life feels cr@p tbh.
I'm back to it today though, I guess it's the one thing I have control over, I really want to lose the weight so that I feel happier about myself. It's my first fast day for nearly two weeks and already my stomach is rumbling, which my colleagues are noticing, but I can't eat anything until lunch

Ok so I fell off the wagon big time, but I'm back and determined now (especially with warmer months looming!) I've put on 2lb in my absence but I'm hoping to shift that this week.
B - wholemeal toast with low fat spread
L - fruit
D - chicken stir fry
S - Lots of water!

Well I'm pleased to report a STS for me this week after no exercise for 3 days, wine, Harvester meals, chocolate and bread a plenty. I feel extremely wobbly though and seriously need to get back exercising!

1st baby we had those last night with salad they were lovely!
I'm jumping back on the wagon too, havent been too bad but put on 1lb. However last night we booked a beach holiday for June, so I have exactly 14 weeks to get bikini ready!
Today's plan is
B - toast and tea
L - not sure, on a training course and lunch is provided so need to choose wisely
D - risotto
S - fruit
Off to Tesco tonight for supplies!

Am on my phone so struggling to type let alone do personals!
My birthday today but am sticking to being good. I have another stone to lose so I'm trying to stay on target. Plus it's h birthday on thurs and I'm sure ill slip up then! I'm back in the 10's now! Over 2stone lose since having Rayna! This last stone wil be hardest and I'm dreading it!

Well the first week of 'Operation beat H to fitness' went really well and I lost 3 pounds and 1.5 inches off my waist! I am now back to the weight I am on SW's chart and ready for another week of kicking ass. H is still to weigh himself but hopfully he will have lost too

I'm definitely in the 'must do better' camp. I ate all weekend long. Am back on it today, although my colleague has come in with a whole load of goodies for our team which I am currently ignoring.
Am really going to concentrate in March and not eat so much rubbish - its the snacking that is my undoing at the moment. Kind of pointless eating a healthy lunch if I stuff my face with rubbish later on!

I had a terrible weekend food wise. Breakfasts and lunches were fine, dinners were all take aways.
Although I shredded every day since Friday.
L 4 rice cakes and a petit filous yoghurt

I've lost 3lbs this week, really chuffed as I had a night out on Saturday but chose quite sensibly and my weekly points covered my booze. I've lost 17.5lbs now, hoping to get to 1.5 stone before H gets back from sea next month, 2 stone would be great but I think I'm running out of time!
Well done to the other losers, AlsiT that's a great first loss, hope you beat your H!

Well done to those who have lost!
I have gained 3lbs as I've put absolutely no effort into weight loss for the past few weeks. I had some pics taken with H at the weekend and I'm horrified at how I look in them. I know my weak point is that I like sugary foods and drinks and I've got to stop having them. I've done to weight loss before so I know I can do it, I just need the willpower.
