How are we all getting on?
I;m trying really hard, but there is still so much chocolate left over!
I did get out last night for a swim, sauna and jacuzzi which was lovely, but I ache today!
Meal wise I am definately within points, just wish the weight loss would happen sooner.

L: Soup probably as its so cold!

I've had 3 days of being really quite good and eating below my cals on MFP. It's the weekend now though and that's where I kind of let go!! I need to be semi good though cos got a night out next weekend. I'm 4lb off my goal weight which I obviously won't lose by next weekend but another couple of lb would be good.

T - Spag bol
Snacks - WINE!

1st baby - i'm with you on the wishing it will happen quicker. I want to be slim now!!
Belle - you've got an excuse, your life is hectic at the min.
MossyE - hope you get as close to your goal as possible before next weekend.
Well i weighed in last night and i've lost another 2.5lb, so 12lb in total now, in 8 weigh ins, which i'm happy about, especially as i don't really feel like i'm dieting, more changing my eating habits a bit.
B - omelette with bacon and mushrooms
L - turkey chilli & rice
D - not sure, we're going to a pamper night at my sisters, so there'll be healthy nibbles. (We're all doing slimming world)

I weigh in on Sunday but have weighed this morning and 4 off so I reckon its to do with bloating that iv lost that much. Back on track now. No booze till 18 may! Aim for next week is to bloody exercise!!!!

T - tacos (I'm having 1 taco, chilli and salad but can normally eat 4+ tacos [blush])

I weigh in on a monday now, had a sts this week. I am findng these last 10lbs super hard. Have been the same weight for almost a year now!

I lost 2lbs at weigh in on Wednesday which seemed good considering I've been housebound for a week looking after Luke with chicken pox. I felt giddy driving into group as it was first time I'd been out in a week. I thought I'd get DVT at one point I'd been pinned to sofa for so long under a poorly boy! It could easily have gone the other way but luckily before he got ill I planned my shopping and meals, got lots of fruit in and mostly stuck to plan which is what helps me.
Not sure how this week will go as it's my friends wedding and I intend on enjoying myself!
B- 1 weetabix and fruit (I might have the second weetabix later!)
L cous cous lean ham and beetroot
T chilli made with extra lean beef, mixed beans, grated courgette, passta and rice
snacks muller light, grapes
MossyE 4lbs off your goal- that's brilliant- well done

1st baby put the chocolate in the freezer out of temptation

Carole, how are you finding SW? I'm loving it, don't actually feel like i'm dieting and the weight is coming off. I find on weeks where i eat more superfree foods rather than just the free foods are when i do better though, so i'm making sure that include lots of super free stuff.

That's another thing that i love about it, i've never once felt hungry, there's always something that is a free food that i can eat.

Well done on the weight losses ladies. Nice to see some of us still have their motivation. I don't this week - we have chocolate and cake (as it was my daughter's birthday) filling the house. Haven't exercised either. Am going to get back on it over the weekend and stop being so lazy! The main exercise this week was half an hour chasing my daughter round the park to keep warm. But I don't think that will offset even one slice of cake!
Next week I'm back to work so will be back in my normal routine.
