How are we all? So a week after I started low carb and iv lost 6lbs. Tbf though a lot was bloating as I had af 2 weeks ago so I do tend to put 3ish on at af time, so I'm 10,9 at the mo, want to be 9,12-10st for the 18th may as going to a communion in Glasgow. Not drinking till then so I suppose that's half the battle, working at 1230 today, was not impressed yesterday as the boss brought in cake, crisps, smoothies, croissants etc, I just hid in my room sooooooooo could have ate the lot
b- yoghurt and oatbran....and a costa skinny latte

I'm struggling cos I'm keeping in my MFP cals but I'm making the wrong choices, not massively just a pack of crisps and some choc each day. Must do better!! Today: -
B - shreddies
L - ham & scrambled egg salad
T - sausage & courgette pasta

Morning ladies, I am really going to make an effort today. Going up to the canteen for a banana for breakfast shortly and will have salad for lunch, not sure about tea yet. I didn't exercise last night but did paint the living room so hopefully that burnt a few calories.
I need to cut out the alcohol and sweets as well, I am back in the habit of overindulging. I know I won't lose until I cut boht out going from when I was losing before.

Morning ladies, cp that's a fab loss. I've been on and off the diet for a couple of weeks now - school holidays play havoc with the diet but that's no excuse. H at work for the rest of the week which is good cos he is a bad influence and I'm in work Thursday and Friday which keeps me right. Off to the gym this morning for a good work out - haven't been since Friday. B - tea, l - chicken salad, d - homemade soup.

AlisT I'm sure painting does burn a fair few cals! I'm finding it really hard to stay in the zone at the moment.

Morning ladies. Well done CP that's a great loss.
I'm feeling back into it again now. I'm back at work which kind of helps except the goodies that come my way at work. I'm back to logging everything on MFP as well as that helps to remind me what I've actually eaten.
Breakfast was cereal and fruit
Lunch is salad
Dinner is pasta I think, not sure as H is cooking.

I had KFC for dinner last night! Was so good. Zinger tower meal with hot wings yum yum yum. I did only have cold fish and salad for my lunch with an apple, banana, grapes and kiwi to keep me giong the rest of the day.
Not sure what we have for lunch today but dinner will be salmon and salad.

Morning ladies, nice to see the thread getting a bit busier again.
I'm doing ok, H and I went our for tea last night, and i had chicken skewers with BBQ sauce, it usually comes with chips, but i swapped them for side salad. It was delicious.
Food today, hopefully will be ok
B - 2 wholemeal toast, 1 boiled egg
L - mugshot, muller light, banana
D - beef curry and rice.
