Tom asked for a fireman sam set-he got that off nannybear for his birthday wednesday-so he's happy-have got mine a stocking full of Thomas the tank trains-a cuddly sully for Tom,cuddly Mike for Jc off toy story, fleecy blanket each, swimbag with their names on,and little bits.
All told have only spent £40 on each of them, which sounds so tight but a)haven't got that much and b)my ma goes mental-says she hasn't got much then turns up with sacks full!!!!!
They've got too much now-with Toms birthday being in Dec,he wants for nowt!

I like that music thing, but I've spent too much already. It'll have to wait till Merlin's brthday.
Harry's getting the kit to set his xbox up live, plus points, that's expensive.Bridie's got ds games, one of those Furreal toys,an elephant, she's animal mad.Erin's into I Love Ponies this year.Arthur's got a castle and knights plus dressing up costumes.Arwen's got a toy puppy that does things and lots of other small things. She's just had her birthday so we had trouble finding stuff for her.Matilda's got lots of smaller presents,we've already got so many toys, again finding something new was difficult.Merlin has the Learn and Groove, plus lots of small things. We got him the ball popper thing.
They've all got a wii to share and games and bits for that, plus a couple of board games.
Lots and lots and I've only got two weeks left to wrap it
Don't know how much we spent,it's once a year and it's Christmas

I have to reply as I'm so proud of what I found!!! My eldest, Jaiden, has been asking for a transformer for aaages! But after hours of online searching I found that they were sold out everywhere! But last Friday, I thought I'd just have a quick online check at Argos, and even though the one I was going to get was sold out, they had one of the deluxe ones left, and it was half price!!! It had been reduced from £90 to £45, what I would have paid for the other one! So I reserved it and got it that day!
Also, a few weeks before, I was looking online to see what others were selling and came accross an ad from a lady who lived down the road from me, selling over £200 worth of In The Night Garden toys, brand new and still in their boxes, for only £45! So I bought them all! My three year old and 14 month old are mad for iggle piggle and his friends so I know they'll be delighted!!
Then yesterday, while out shopping, I found another In The Night Garden toy that I wanted to get my youngest for half the price it usually is, in TJ Hughes. I'm having some good luck lately!!
I'm so happy with these, and the fact that I saved loads of money! I've still got some more bits to buy for christmas, but I feel less stressed than usual knowing that I've got the main things out of the way!

Fin has written Santa a list the length of my arm, but the main thing is the playmobil pyramid., and a magic set.
Zak is desperate for the Fireman Sam helicopter so have got him the set with all the vehicles, Noah hasn't got much yet don't really know what to get got loads of little toys from when Zak was little.
Laura I love the look of that music thing might think about one of them for Noah's birthday. x

its so so nice, we got it out tonight and had a play again, popped into the shop we got it from and they had one out on display and the kids went nuts so deffinatly a good buy!
I cant wait for next year, when jack can ask for things, at the moment its all a guessing game and letting him play in shops or at mates!

I'll definately be looking for one of those for Merlin's birthday, they are so nice, something different.
Wait till they get to the writing a list stage. They get the Argos catalogue out and they want everything.
I wrapped over 40 presents today,8 rolls of paper,I've run out now.Darren had a day off so I shut myself upstairs and got stuck in.I was at it for hours, but it's over half way now,the job doesn't seem so bad.Till the rest of the parcels arrive this week.Think I've just about finished,I'm looking for something small for Harry and Bridie, their piles seem less because the things they wanted cost more.
Sounds like you got some bargains there Jeymia, well done.Always nice to get a good deal.

What dont they want?!
Connor only wants lego star wars. We managed to get him the set that he wanted before it sold out everywhere but his dad keeps teasing him saying that because nowhere has it, we couldnt get it. He is going to be soooo happy on xmas morning!
Caitlin wants the whole Argos toy section!! But instead we have got her a Nintendo ds (fed up with them arguing over Connors-poor thing).
And little Andrew is still mad keen on Thomas so we got him the big mega take along thomas set thing with lots of track and stations and stuff. He got some for his birthday in July and since then we have had the same small circle of track up EVERY DAY!!!
All the things should be expensive but luckily we only paid full price on the lego- £75-madness i know! DS was only about £70 with nintendogs, and Andrews was £50 (half price). Not getting them anymore though-grandparents more than make up for it!!!

They've come up with more lists, just as I thought we were finished.Leaving it a bit late I think, but I'll try.One of the things on Bridie's list was something I guessed but Iwas a bit unsure of so I'm chuffed she picked that too.Found some ds games on ebay, bit hesitant cos they're from Hong Kong, probably being paranoid now.
Your Caitlin sounds like my Erin,Lynne,if it's in Argos it's on her list.
Think I'm just going to do a couple more then that's it,this is getting silly now,Santa is allowed to say ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
