We ALWAYS have chicken Roast. due to H choice, this year I am putting my foot down and doing lamb.... (and chicken for H) Which is fine as all left overs will be used for curry ect. I have never actually cooked my own lamb though, we only ever have it at my mums (she also cooks chicken for H!) so this year I going to cook it! Not sure what veg yet, I'll decide when I go shopping. I think I'll make a chocolate cheesecake for afters, but not too sure as I'll want to eat it all. So may do myself a nice fruit salad instead.
What are you having??
Oh and any tips for cooking lamb would be greatly appreciated!

We're having lamb as well. I don't do anything fancy with it, just follow the instructions on the meat wrapping.
We're having it with cauliflower cheese, roast potatoes, and carrots and parsnips roasted in butter, olive oil, honey and thyme.
Pudding is chocolate fondant things courtesy of Tesco.

I'm hoping for lamb but we're at the IL's and MIL doesn't like lamb so who knows! I just hope we aren't going out...they favour expensive restaurants that we can't afford :(
Sounds yummy Cat! I'm think H would be just as happy with something from shops for dessert and that way wont be too painful! The chocolate fondants sound ideal for H! PJ xx

Not sure what i'm having, tbh, we don't usually do anything special for easter, however H is off for the first time in 7 years, beef is my favourite, so might do that with yorkshire puds etc.
H is veggie, so he'll have quorn roast.

We don't normally do anything special, probably just be a roast chicken with all the trimmings.

I'm inviting myself over to either Chids' or Catarina's... Their dinners sound lovely.
I am down at my moms so was going to offer to buy a nice big piece of beef so that my Brother, his GF and their LO can come over, Mom and stepdad, Me and E.. Sounds idyllic, however my lot are a bit mad (but adorable non-the-less).
Easter Monday is MILs birthday so i'm doing the 2h drive to her to see her, and then back.. I'll save my chocolate for then! Haha.

We normally do a roast dinner but have decided to be completely lazy this year and do party food and an indoor bbq. We're going to my Mum and Dad's for the afternoon and staying overnight so thought it would be best if we didn't have to cook. We're going to make an Easter buffet for the kids and then have burgers, sausages, chicken for adults.

We're having roast lamb, roast potatoes, carrots and other veggies.
Then we're having eton mess for dessert with ice cream for those who want it.
Its my daughter's birthday and we'll also have a chocolate birthday cake.

If it was just me we'd be having lamb. However, h doesn't like it. When we have roast dinners it does tend to be chicken or turkey. I've decided to do something different so we are having beef!
