I am trying to do my online shop and i;m so uninspired by what to cook this week. What are on your meal plans?

Tonight is seaseme beef stirfry
Tomorrow Im out so OH is having peppered steak burgers
Wed & Thur - salmon, baked sweet potato & brocoli
Fri - last day at work so OH is taking me out
Last week we had:
chicken ceaser salad
chicken & veg
chips,egg & beans

Spag bol tonight, which i will add chilli powder, peppers and kidney beans too and it will become chilli for another meal. I've got loads of veggies in, so will do a dinner of some sort, i plan on doing chicken fried rice one night, and also sausage and mash.

See I'd happily have chicken ceaser but there's no way H would have a salad for dinner and there's no way I am cooking a meal for the kids, one for me and one fir him. Hmm.

You could give him a portion of chips or warm crusty bread with the salad? Thats what I do for OH.
I just brown mince in saucepain with beef oxo cube. 3 tsp bisto, onions, mushrooms & carrots. Add a little boiled water so its not really dry.
Then I top with shop bought puff pastry (asda own brand is great) or mashed potato or slices of potato if you have any left overs.
I also do a chicken pie - cubed chicken, tin of creamy chicken & white wine soup (made up as per instructions), bag of frozen vege et voila - thats your filling & I use any of the same toppings as above.
I make enough pie to last 2 nights. Again OH would usually still take a potato side or crusty bread but I make do with more vege.

Homemade spinach and ricotta cannelloni, BBQ ribs and roasted veg risotto, sweet chilli and
Garlic prawn stir fry and rice, spaghetti bolognese, chicken and apple casserole, something else chicken related, breaded fish, chips and beans. All weight watcher pointed!

Yesterday we had chicken in a kind of barbecue sauce thing.
Tonight its going to be lemon and pesto risotto with grilled mushrooms.
Grilled salmon with veggies.
Might be fishcakes one day later in the week. Can't remember what else we're having.
