It's H's birthday Saturday and he wants us to do something togevva as a family L has swimming first thing but then we have the whole day to do what we fancy.
No theme parks are open. I don't fancy paying £££ for the zoo as most animals will be hibernating.
London Aquarium or museums in London are options but I'm not sure what to choose. A trip to the seaside to play the arcades is another idea although not something that I can stand for too long. A boat trip from Greenwich to London walk along the Southbank then another boat ride back...Bowling. Cinema.
Gah I don't know what to do. Help me

I think simple things are just as a fun. Meal out at TGIs and bowling or something. It's just nice spending chilled out time with the family isn't it.

TBF Dolly we tend to go bowling and eat out quite a lot - it's something we all like to do

Train to Greenwich, boat to the London eye...walk to the aquarium from there. Bus to Rainforest cafe...bus back to the pier, boat back to Greenwich, train back to your gaff xx perfect xxx

I'd do the boat trip down the Thames and mooch in Greenwich. Or get on the tourist bus in London and be tourists for the afternoon. Natural History and science museums have lots that interest small children but may be heaving on a Saturday afternoon.

How about Brighton, go to the Sealife Centre, a walk round, lunch somewhere nice and a bit of shopping?

Brighton or whitstable for somewhere closer. Walk along the beach, get fish and chips, cuddle up on the stones, take a selfie! Get L to collect some pretty stones / shells.
Or the boat trip and aquarium etc - that sounds so much fun!

Brighton is more appealing than London but I know Louie would love the boat up here....

Im goingto ask H if we can take T to the natural history museum Sunday, he loves it since seeing David attenboroughs programme on it.
Belle, Brighton is a good shout actually, only takes an hour, good shopping, good food, good fun! X
He'd love the power boat!

Exactly!! how cool would that be, even if you didn't want to do it and him and his Dad did that bit!! (I would personally hate it but I hate all boats!)

Hell no I'm there! and you know K would be too!

Do it!! seriously totally a good day out, nothing flash but just good family fun. If you ask Molly her favourite part was skimming stones and eating doughnuts!
