I have lashings of it on my salad. I love balsamic!
You can have it with strawberries but I've never tried it.

Well, I'd just leave it in the cupboard chick. It'll last for ages, there will be a recipe that you can use it in, no doubt
On your chips, on your salad, Make honey chicken! Yummmmmmy!
3 tble spoons of balsamic
3 tble spoons runny honey
1 tble spoon soy sauce
Use to Marinade chunks of chicken breast for a few hours and then put in frying pan for 10-12 minutes until sticky!

Wee bowl of olive oil, pour some balsamic vinegar in (make some patterns if you wish) get some nice bread and dunk. Yummm

What Ck said. Also makes a lovely sause if you reduce it slowly, I add a bit of brown sugar.

We've used it on roasted veg before - big chunks of pepper, red onion, courgette and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle over olive oil and balsamic vinegar and roast

Thanks for all the ideas ladies. I do roasted veg quite often so will definately try that one and the honey chicken sounds yummy too.
