Disclaimer I can't remember if iv asked this before, I thought I would post it ages ago so apologies if iv asked. Can't see anything on my prev posts.
what do you do with your club card points? We don't tend to save them but iv been getting my odd little amounts from top cashback on my tesco club card and now have £7.50 so I'm going to just collect all the cashback amounts under £1 onto my clubcard and transfer the bigger amounts into my bank.
is it work holding off till Xmas and cashing them in for 4 times the value for Xmas toys?????
we aren't going on holiday this year due to having building work done on the house so scant use them towards a holidawon maybe I could use them for refurbishing the house? Do I get double value on home furnishing too???
what do u use yours for

It is only double for the toys.
I save them for days and meals out usually and stuff in the double up event.
I save ours and exchange them at Christmas for toys.

I always buy my RAC membership with them, and other things I've bought are magazine subscriptions as gifts, Drayton Manor tickets, restaurant vouchers, and I doubled them up last December to buy a new vacuum cleaner.
Isn't it just double the value for toys when they do that deal? They usually only do it for certain departments, and only a couple of times a year I think, otherwise it's just the normal value off anything online or in store.

I used to always just spend them in the store for money off my shopping, that was before i realised i could double them up or even x4 them for days out and things.
The last lot i got i used for a day out to folly farm for us all, it didn't cost us a penny to get in.
I'm currently saving up now for a free pass to Legoland.

I've used them for free entry to Folly Farm before now, also when they were on offer as double amount on toys and also when the same offer was on nappies, done that quite a few times.
Is it just double for the Xmas event then? I wonder if Itl be worth it because they probably put their prices up???
If I buy homeware then is that double the voucher amount?
Days out mainly to places like Drayton Manor, Alton Towers,Legoland etc. Sometimes we get Pizza Express vouchers.

i get restaurant vouchers

All stuff instore are only doubled CP
06/03/2013 at 15:04
I think it's definitely worth it, £100 odd to spend on toys at Xmas, helps with those bits you've been umming and ahhing about.
06/03/2013 at 15:07
What you have to think as well CP is, even if they slightly inflate the prices, you are still getting them for nothing. I paid something like 35p for a bike for Liam last year
06/03/2013 at 15:23
I just use them for money off my next shop. Vouchers are only £2 here and there for us though so not worth bothering with really.
06/03/2013 at 15:31
Its the first time we have collected them, I think H and I have decided on Christmas presents or days out. I'm not sure how the exchange works so will be posting more questions when its that time of year as I'll be clueless!
06/03/2013 at 15:33
Are they really worth that much? Ours are only ever about £2.50 a quarter or something small like that!
But we don't shop in Tesco so that may be why?!
06/03/2013 at 15:43
I don't shop regularly in Tesco but I do have a Tesco credit card which I put everything I can onto and pay off every month. I get just over £40 of vouchers every quarter so I really should save them up for the year (£160) and then double up on toys to get £320 - which between 3 kids would be a good dent in the Christmas budget!
In the past I've had RAC membership, CADW membership, magazine subscriptions, days out vouchers or just spent them on my shopping if they were burning a hole in my pocket!
06/03/2013 at 15:49
I've opted into the Christmas saver so I rack up all the points over the course of a year. I then get them as coupons in November and are used in the clubcard exchange for presents.
06/03/2013 at 16:38
We quadruple ours for prezzo vouchers. £10 = £40 for s meal out!
06/03/2013 at 16:44
I never spend ours in the shop. I use their on line details because then you can triple or sometimes quadruple the value. We used the vouchers to buy H's wedding ring. I've also used them for train tickets, magazine subscriptions, and plan to use them for the ferry if we can later in the year. Keep meaning to use them for meals out and hotels but haven't done yet.

We have diubled up in the double events used for toys baby equipment etc
sometimes i use them for baby clothing
we also use the rewards options too, so a meal out or this years favourite H and I got a magazine subscription each.
