Last night I had fecking AWFUL cramp in my upper leg.. and I collapsed on the floor in pain. What the heck do you do fi you get cramp?

When I was a kid - scream for my Mummy, who would then get a cold flannel, and rub my leg.
As an adult - scream for my H to get my cooling spray, which I then spray on my leg, while he rubs my leg. If he isn't in, I get C to do it, haha. I just have to rub my leg really hard, fecking horrid.

I was thumping my leg doesn't seem a very sensible solution though. When B is asleep he is gone and I did think of shouting for him!
Scream, and then rub it as hard as possible. I went through a stage of waking in the night with cramps, think it tends to come on if I am dehydrated. It sucks.

I usually get it in my feet so I stomp around.

That's what I do ML. I went through a phase of getting them in the middle of the night and would leap out of bed in the pitch dark and stamp my foot until it went. I hate them.

Haha figaro that sounds like me, leaping out of bed!

Yup, stand on a cold floor. Isn't it related to iron deficiency? Or am I making that up?

I had cramp in my big toe yesterday, I rubbed it and put pressure on it. I used to get it when I was swim training. Then I would try to put weight on my foot and stretch out my leg. H says it can be a sign of not eating enough salt.

Cramp can be too much OR too little salt.
I stretch it out!

I never add salt to my food and alot of food is home made so it could have been too little salt, worth remembering

I never knew that about salt. I never add salt to my food, especially when cooking, as the kids eat it too.
