I need help. He's 2 at the end of next month, and I really don't know what to get for him. He's got cars, duplo, books, ride ons, and so many toys it doesn't get played with hardly. We've got a play house, trampoline, see saw, and trike for in the garden, but tbh, with it being a Feb birthday I wanted to get something that he'd get the use out of now.
I really don't know what to get. It's also E's birthday next month, but she's relatively easy, she's having a couple of DVDs, a pushchair, a dressing up outfit.
They are also both having a joint birthday party.
Poor S though, i'm always stuck for things to get that are just for him

Writing materials or craft sets? DVDs? A trip to the zoo or something?

I would go for something small for him to open then money in his savings account. This is what we do for my youngest as we have 3 girls so really don't need any more toys! Does he have a nice garage?

anything Thomas related is always a hit with my boy

How about a token gift, then a day out?
For J's 2nd Birthday, he got a doll, Mickey mouse stuff, dress up outfits, a toy washing machine, arty stuff, and some tools for the garden.
We then took him to the sea life centre on his actual birthday.

O was 2 in November, for his birthday/Christmas these were popular-
(this is a fab toy they both play with it!)
He really likes this puzzle.
This is a great game too
Just realised they're all M&D products, I don't work for them lol, they're just really nice toys!

Ladies, you are all fab. Thanks for the links. We've got toy food and puzzles coming out of our ears, so I don't need any more of them.
I'm liking the idea of a scooter actually, although I aren't sure how he'll manage one. Also that wouldn't take up too much room as it could be stored in the shed.
Alaina - S loves the wow toys, so I might get him another one of those. He plays with them when we go to the soft play place near us, I just didn't realise how noisy they were when we were in a smaller area..lol.
We've also got some free passes to splash landings from when I complained about the water being too cold when we went to the Santa sleepover, and so the plan was to use them for his birthday, so that's his day out sorted.

R loves the Wow toys at soft play too! My house is chaos anyway so hoping I don't notice the noise lol. T had this scooter for his 2nd birthday and he used it loads www.amazon.co.uk/.../ref=sr_1_1

Alaina, I've just been looking at that scooter, it's got really good reviews. It's the same price in Tesco, so i'm actually thinking of getting one for E off my nana for her birthday, then I can use the voucher I've got for £5 off when you spend £20 at Tesco direct.
