We usually have it around 1/1:30pm but I think we're going to aim for 3pm this year. If not, we'll spend all morning cooking and miss out on all the fun!

About 3pm. Couldn't eat a full roast any earlier that seems weird.

Probably going to aim for about 1pm, I do all the prep the night before, so it's just the case of sticking the meat in the oven, and putting the veggies on.

My Mum does the dinner, and cooks the turkey either the night before, or when she gets up (usually at 5am). She never cooks it, to be ready in time for dinner.
All veg prep is done the night before too, so all that has to be done on the day, is cooking it.
With having 3 little ones running around, my Mum never wanted to spend the day in the kitchen, so did as much as possible in advance, to spend more time with us, and it continued even as we grew up.
