I was going to have a ready meal as I don't cook for me when H is nightshift but I had a portion of chilli in the freezer so I'm going to have that instead of the ready meal.

Oooo we had a a wild boar chop and salad (h had sweet potato wedges with his too)
The kids (Ls friend was here too) had pizza, sweet potato wedges and veg as h and I weren't prepared to share our chops , they had a picnic and had the disco music on in the living room, then a choc ice. when Ls friend went home h and I had a civilised tea

Sounds nice and healthy, well done.
The kids here had mini waffles, chicken fingers and beans. They are now in bed watching a dvd and scoffing pringles and jelly's - lots of E numbers before bed, just what I need.

Pakora is an Indian starter it's chicken in batter, but Scotland (Glasgow especially) does fab pakora! Manchester pakora is crap!
My h had chips cheese and gravy when we started going out and I tried it and it was nice, the chippys here do it, when he used to come to Scotland our local chippy used to do it for him

Rank!!! A girl I worked with used to eat it, totally random - cheese and gravy is wrong.

A bit late to this thread but we had Thai takeaway. yummy!

Yeah agree that gravy shouldn't go on chips n cheese. And it shouldn't come from the chippy either, just from the kebab shop!
22/06/2013 at 22:06
Yeah can only come from a kebab shop.
