Not that im on WW but i want to make good food choices. what shall i have?
chicken biriyani? korai & no rice or bread? Mulligatawny then samosa? bhuna? balti?
im not a fan of tandoori as its very dry.

If you are having something in a sauce then a tomatoe based sauce is better, i wpuldnt get rice or naan I thought biryani had rice in it, I'd probably get a tandoori king prawn as that comes with veg to bulk it out and I'd get a roti if I really wanted something like a naan. Indian is difficult when you are dieting as its all bad really, can you swap for Chinese?

Nope. Chinese food is rank. I never eat it. Will look at tandoori prawn but swaying towards the lamb shank.
