We've got a lovely big shrubby bush in a corner of the garden, we've lived here 3 years now and it's been fine until the last few weeks when we've noticed it's started to die. I know nothing about gardening, but soil is damp, doesn't get waterlogged there, other plants seem ok. One weird thing is that next door's eucolyptus tree that is also in that corner died 2 years ago, could this be connected? And how do I make it better, the Garden will look bare without it !

I was going to ask what it was but we have had all the eucolyptus trees on our estate die as well as related plants. There is a fungus that is killing them. It may well die and you will have to replace it but if you want to save it, it might be worth gettign a proper gardener to assess it and find the right funigicide.

I have no idea what it is QI. Its just a big leafy bush that doesn't shed it's leaves, it is the closest thing to the tree
That died on the other side of the fence. I'll have to get a new one I think, it looks beyond redemption now I've been out to look at it.
