Iv been at work yesterday in my new job and discovered....I can't open md , so I'm just starting this before I go into work.
how did you all get on over Easter?
im ok, drank a bit much over Easter though. aiming to be at goal (1stone to go) in 9 weeks, as I'm going to a family do in Glasgow. Have bought a dress from h&m (copied ML , so I'm hoping when it arrives itl fit.
my job now is mostly sit down, no more pushing trolleys, walking up and down to triage ambulances, no more walking more than 10,000 steps in a 9hour shift so I need to step up the exercise as it was a workout in itself going to work
anyway- b yoghurt and oatbran
l - ham, cheese and pickle
t- chicken with chillies, spring onion and oyster sauce.......and worms (aka no carb noodles eugh!)

Hey CP, good to hear your job is going well - welcome to the world of lard arses through sitting down at work!
I've lost track of my WL and exercise for the time being - new job plus my sister and the kids staying means I don't have a spare second. We've got an in house cook here at work and I'm so tempted by all the yummy foods but I really need to resist from this week and just have the fish and salad option. Plus side is plenty of fruit to snack on all day.

Morning ladies, yup I'm starting again. I'm actually disgusted with what I've been putting in my mouth, we were on holiday last week, then had an all day hen do on Saturday then was ganging on Sunday. Back at work today and bacj on it. Got fruit for breakfast, soup for lynch and its a beef stir fry for tea, no worms or noodles
Plus going to start couch to 5k tonight. Ten weeks to holidays must get my ass moving*! Think I'll go for a half hour walk at lunch too
Hopethe new jobs are going well ladies, despite lack of md access and in-house cooks!

Hi ladies? Can I join in the weight loss? Going to go to weightwatchers this morning as need to do something. Got my BIL's wedding in 5.5 weekz so would like to have lost a stone, I've a lots to loose about should be doable. Then I've got Bens welcome to the world party 2 weeks later so would like to be able to get something new which isn't a tent!

I don't know how i'm doing at the moment, i seem to be loosing inches i think rather than lbs, i weighed in last week and i'd put 1.5lb on, which i was gutted about, as i thought i'd had a really good week. I'd done pretty much the same as i had done the week before and i lost 2.5lb, so i don't know what was going on. But my clothes are definately fitting better, and clothes that were too small or too tight are starting to fit me now, so that's got to be a good thing. The exercise must be helping in some way.
Tonight i'm off to zumba, and tomorrow it's weigh in, so we shall see what happens.

Can any WW girls point smoked salmon, prawns and makerel for me please. Portion size would be half a piece of makerel, 3 slices of ss and small fist of prawns.

Morning all. Give me 5 mins Belle and I ill log in to WW.
I have been off the wagon over Easter back to it today - 1 month of no alcohol or badness. Kids holidays and always seem to eat more but will see how I fare.
Chids - Keep at it, some weeks you find you do the same but don't loose. Just stick with it, it will eventally come off. Maybe go back to basics and reduce an odd snack every day, see how that goes?

good luck noodles at WW today. Hope you come away feeling your goal is achievable. I lost 8lbs in my first month at SW and that included my wedding anniversary celebration weekend and a week away at the sea side. You can do it!
Chids it's a nice feeling when your clothes fit better. I would be happy with that even if you aren't getting the losses.

Weekender- eugh couch to 5k! I really hate exercise but need to get moving
Chids- I think it's quite common to get to a point where you loose very little or sts but you feel better in yourself, maybe you are gearing up to a bigger loss iyswim
Carole- thanks [blush], I rarely have photos of me as I hate them , how's Luke and the cpox?
1st baby- I'm going to try no alcohol for the month. It's expected to fall off the wagon at Easter though don't worry. You can't have much to loose now so almost there

CP we have butlers too! Honestly last week was a right shock! I know they said free lunch but I didn't quite know what to expect. We had pasta, swordfish, cold meats & jackets and roast turkey last week. Yesterday was chilli hence my asking how many points the fish option will be. Smoked salmon and makerel for me from now on!

Belle - your new company sounds so posh. All the yummy food, you're doing so well to keep to healthy stuff.
Noodle, welcome to the thread.
I'm quite happy to just keep plugging at it, i know i'm in it for the long haul, when you've got 8ish stone to lose, i expect it is going to take ages and there's going to be ups and downs. As long as i stick to the SW plan it will come off eventually.
