I'm on ww too. Missed the meeting though, didn't want to go out in the snow
11/03/2013 at 14:13
How do you work it out?
11/03/2013 at 14:14
I think it's standard at 26 now isn't it?
11/03/2013 at 14:15
Actually Morph's right it is set at 26.
11/03/2013 at 14:17
Plus the 49 weeklies i believe (apologies if it's changed - I haven't been on WW for 7 months or so since falling pregnant)
11/03/2013 at 14:21
So 26 - does everyone get the same then?
11/03/2013 at 14:23
Just looked at my green sheet from last year and I started with 27 pp.
11/03/2013 at 14:34
I'm on 28 points at the moment, I started on 31 so I think it's still adjusted according to your starting weight.
11/03/2013 at 14:36
I think it may be to do with weight but most people now start with 26
Ok I will stick with 26 and see how I get on...eeek...almost excited to be starting over!
11/03/2013 at 14:45
What's your food plan this week then?
11/03/2013 at 14:46
Yip, I am 26. I do it online. I try and have a point free breakfast, up to 10 points lunch and then the rest on my tea or if it the weekend a low tea and some drinkies - 2 points for a rum.
11/03/2013 at 15:07
So today I have had
tuscan bean soup
cup of tea
tonight i am making red thai curry - need to work out the points - may have to join online to get started although i have all my other stuff from before x

1st baby if you post the recipe, I'll work out the points for you. I love Thai curry so may have to steal it!
11/03/2013 at 15:21
Its 2 tablespoons of red curry paste (tesco)
200 ml soya milk
2 large chicken breasts
simples and very tasty!
11/03/2013 at 15:24
Lush! I used to make mine with low cal coconut milk. I so fancy thai curry now.
11/03/2013 at 15:46
I can't use the recipe builder on my phone, so I've just pointed the ingredients individually. It's about 10 points for the whole lot, so maybe 5 points if you get 2 servings from it.

I can't survive on 26 points so split my 49 extra PP daily to make it 33pp a day, as that doesn't feel like an effort.
Today I've had toast and marmite
low fat musroom soup
an instant horlicks drink
Tonight we're having fresh tuna steak stir fry and noodles, and probably a baked banana with a few chocolate buttons in it!
