Haven't really got any plans for today, just a trip to the park (once we've got dressed and had breakfast!) and chilling at home later. Plenty of Easter eggs to keep the kids quiet ha ha.
It's lovely and sunny looking today, hope it's warmer than yesterday, it was really really freezing when we were out!
We're hoping a builder will come some time this week to quote for us to have our loft converted. We've been trying to get a quote since before xmas!
What's new with everyone?

I'm here! I'm at work today, boo!!
Although it's not such a bad thing since we've got no heating for the next few days while the plumber fits us a new boiler - unfortunately I'll be working from the freezing house tomorrow though.

Me! I have exactly the same plans as you mossy (not the builder bit though).

Oh no DD, no heating sounds like a nightmare at the moment! Wouldn't have been so bad if the weather was like it was this time last year!
Hi LB, hope you have a nice day!
02/04/2013 at 09:37
I'm here, we have the same plans too! Park (not decided which one yet) and a trip to the bottle bank, and possibly a DVD afternoon or a smooch around the garden centre window shopping.
We went to London for the day yesterday, and have had a busy weekend, but J is still full of beans, I was hoping for a relaxing day. Not going to happen...

I'm here for a little while.. I have so many rubbish things to do..
Iron, shred, colour hair, tidy up, sort passport photos, fill in passport application and I've done nothing yet!
Debating whether to go to my mums for the day seeing as its nice and sunny but I have no dosh to spend! Boring..

I'm here, back at work, there's stuff to do, but i'll be around on and off today.
02/04/2013 at 12:11
Catarina you're definitely entitled to a peaceful day after a busy weekend!! Hope you manage to get a bit of peace at some point!
Lauren - why would you need dosh to spend the day at your mums?
Boo to work Chids.
Well we were only at the park for an hour as we started to get pretty cold but at least the girls have had a run around and got some fresh air!

I've just popped on to see what's happening - nothing much I see
I had a bit of a lie in this morning, E hasn't put her clock forward so she must of thought it was 7.30am when it was really 8.30am, I might not tell her until the holidays are over When we got up and ready my mam had the kids for and hour while I went to the gym. E is at a play scheme run by the Council all week from 11am - 3pm and its FREE which is a bonus.
I'm just waiting for J finishing his lunch then I need to go to Asda for a few bits then I'm meeting SIL at the soft play for a couple of hours before I pick E up. When I get back I've got cleaning and ironing to do

That's a point Mossy, I don't really buy could do without putting another £20 in the car for petrol and we always end up going somewhere because the kids get bored. It's more my motivation tbh! I'm going thurs now instead
02/04/2013 at 12:26
SW that's great that you've got the free playscheme, I find it difficult keeping my lot entertained for 2 weeks.
Lauren, I know what you mean about petrol cost, I don't use the car half as much as I used to because of how much it costs.
02/04/2013 at 12:32
I've done so much driving lately, last week I put about £80 in, I absolutely hate putting it in! I could never have a range or something! I'd never want to drive it

hello! we are still under house arrest with chicken pox. trying to do more posting than lurking today.
02/04/2013 at 13:33
I'm about though busy doing stuff around the house. I've cleared out the cupboard under the stairs so I can store the double buggy away, taking L for her jabs this afternoon and waiting on a phone call from the garage as the car is in for it's MOT. H is pottering about in the garden.
02/04/2013 at 14:10
I'm glad I've only got a little car Lauren the most it's ever cost me to fill up is just under £50!!!
Carole I hope you manage to get out of the house asap.
DS hope the jabs go as well as can be expected.
Well since my last post I've been doing some mopping! Exciting stuff!

We went to the cinema this morning, U's first trip, she was quite scared and nervous when we arrived bless!
This afternoon housework and chilling
02/04/2013 at 15:18
Sounds good QI, I haven't taken mine to the cinema yet, they just wouldn't sit still long enough!
Now the 2 eldest are in the bath after A spectacularly threw up all over the sitting room floor (not bug related, just choked on some food, she is very easily sick).
02/04/2013 at 15:19
what did you watch QI?
02/04/2013 at 15:31
We saw The Croods, which I enjoyed up until I realised Nicholas Cage was doing the noice of the Dad (about five minutes in), his voice jsut annoys me immensely. U split her drink down her front so half way through I had to strip her off and dry her clothes over my knee!
02/04/2013 at 15:38
Not heard of that, will have to look it up. Was it a sticky drink? You can never switch off being mum eh?
