Sorry this thread is not as exciting as all the xmas ones but needs must :)
Who did you do your will with?
I need a company that I can speak to and have good knowledge as it needs to cover 2 different countries and even better 3 countires, so not comfortable using an online one for this as although it is not overly complicated it is also not straight forward.
If any one has any recs that would be lovely

I know and nor have we, been on the to do list for ages ages.
We seem to be collecting stuff, house, child, cat etc so really should do it. The laws here are also quite different so important we have one otherwise it could be a nightmare, not a nice thought but hey hoe

I asked the solicitor who did the conveyance on my house to do it.
If I was you I'd look for a solicitor who specialises in reducing potential tax risks in the different countries involved and knows the ins and outs of this area as you'll need to make sure that legally your affairs in the country you currently live in plus the countries where you hold assets are covered.
Having a will is something we should all make sure that we do, particularly once you start having assets like houses and when you have children. It is even more important for those people who are not married to make sure that should the worst happen they are covered.
