I confess I'm a curling fanatic. It started 3 winter Olympics ago when I was still working in the ambulance service and we used to watch it at work. Then I met my OH who is from Lockerbie. Although it's a little place, curling is a big sport there and he went to school with 3 of the 4 men's team at the last Olympics, so I got into it even more watching it with him.
This year the OH is still interested because there's a local player in both the womens and mens team, but I'm into it so much I've been taping the games, and can't wait to catch up on the games from today lol.
Anyone else got into a sport at the Olympics?

I'm loving the snowboarding, totally think I could get gold if I gave up the day job! ;) particularly love the slope style both board and ski. Moguls, ski jump, luge, love it all!

I must admit I like the skiing and snowboarding with the fancy jumps. I don't really understand the rules but like watching.
BTW have you seen there have been hundreds of complaints to the BBC about the coverage of Jenny Jones Bronze medal. The commentators were whooping and shouting and when the last contestant fell they got over excited because they knew she had bronze. Apparently there's been criticism because they cheered when she fell, to me it was obvious they were cheering because Jenny had bronze, not because the women fell, but not to others it seems.
