Yes, definitely mention it - whatever the circumstances or the person's opinion, it's downright unprofessional to broadcast it on FB. Hope you can get somewhere with the car issues soon x

Absolutely mention it and say you'll be mentioing it to BBC Watchdog as well. See if that gets the problem fixed. What Margot said about them broadcasting it on FB. (I'm a bit confused by it all though if I'm honest)
17/05/2013 at 10:14
Yep I'd mention it. I'd be furious!
17/05/2013 at 10:20
Yeah I know Belle, it is confusing. Loads more to it but it'd take up a whole page trying to explain it fully.
Trading Standards has already been mentioned, Watchdog is duly noted.

I'd take it all the way and want blood for that, that is disgusting. Can you print out or take a photo of the Facebook page so you have evidence? I really hope this spurts things on to be sorted for you, to do so I'd take it as far as possible. My blood is boiling for you, how can any employee be so stupid?
17/05/2013 at 12:45
What kind of a weirdo posts that on FB. I would never comment on my H's work like that - totally odd. It doesn't even make sense either!!
Anyway - yes I would mention it if you are sure (and you seem it) that it refers to you. I think if it was me I would tell them I want to return the car and ask for my money back given that it is not fully functioning - have you mentioned the possibility? What a draining situation this must be you have my sympathy.

Good, I hope you get some results. IMO that's as good as an employee, she is linked to the company and bad mouthing the customers which has obviously originated from the oh. How on earth did it end up on your feed, that is either very good fortune or very bad but what a coincidence.
17/05/2013 at 13:57
I'm sorry, I actually laughed and grimaced at once when I saw you work with her. What bad look on her part. Tbh, I'd post the original. Also it's showing its authenticity to just show the page instead of quoting. Good luck, has it given you a lead with the car atall?
17/05/2013 at 14:01
Yep send the original. She's big enough to bring this on she needs to deal with it (well her H needs to deal with her)
17/05/2013 at 14:06
When she realised she'd ballsed up and been caught talking about you then she could have deleted her status and sent you an apology but she hasn't so I'd send the whole thing
17/05/2013 at 14:59
I would save a copy of the thing before she takes it down. But I would worry about dropping her H in it by name stright away as he may or may not be fully aware of what she has posted. But I am an over thinker.
As for the garage I would deafinately be mentioning trading standards watchdog etc

Been on to the CAB too, they're helping me sort some letters out and will back me up if needed.
17/05/2013 at 15:14
It's not your problem to worry or over think and do the what ifs.My H would kill me if I went online and repeated something he'd told me from work. And if he went online and repeated somethng about my work. It's just not on.
17/05/2013 at 15:16
Bit late to this but certainly very interested to find out the outcome.
17/05/2013 at 16:23
what an idiot. I hope this complaint helps strengthen your case for diagnosing the original fault with the car and they bed over backwards to help you.

Hope it works in your favour. Just goes to show how easy it is to forget that Facebook is like taking out an advert in the paper!
