What are you getting your parents for Xmas? I'm really stuck for ideas of things I could get, especially something from my boys, I was thinking of a photo box album of the boys, which I know they will love that. But looking for other ideas too

I have got my mum a poetry book and diary. May get her something else but not sure. My dad I finally bought him a lovely lambs wool scarf. He's a nightmare to buy from. Stepmom has a cookery book, stepdad a propagator for his shed.

easy route, my mum bought a top she liked so I just need to get that off her and give her the money. ILs are getting restaurant vouchers.

Whatever you think would be good according to their age like a nice watch or a nice clothing, Or whatever they wished that they had and it is quite affordable to you ,Then you may go for that.

I've made a photobook on photobox with pictures of my daughter taken during the year. MIL is getting a celeb autobiography, FIL is getting books, my dad is getting a shirt and my mum is getting some gardening stuff. They're all things they've asked for apart from the photobook. I've done one of these every year so far and they do seem to go down well.

I've got a couple of bits for mum & dad as they don't want us to spend money on them so have got cd's dvd's, and I'm taking the boys to do handprints on a cup today, so thats all done. Inlaws FIL wants a drill and MIL wants a handbag, so that's them done.

I've got my mum a bobble bottle as she's quite fussy about drinking water straight from the tap so thought she might like it. My dad is getting a bottle of whiskey. They'll both get something from the girls with a photo, probably a keyring or something.

We do a photo calendar of the kids every year so I'm in the middle of that now. This year we are sending my parents on holiday. They've both had a pretty crappy year so thought they needed some time away! I've no idea what to get the in laws though...

My Dad's getting some framed Matt (the Daily Telegraph cartoonist) prints and a Matt mug - partly because we know he likes them, partly because my sister sweet talked a guy at work to get the actual prints for free, so we can just pay for decent frames and the mug!
For my mum - I have no real idea - might get her a nice Yankee candle, a sparkly snood scarf thing, some nice chocs from Hotel Chocolat, I'm not sure what else. Will probably ask her for ideas!
FIL is getting a big fleecy blanket from Dunelm - he's 83, has dementia, doesn't drink, can't eat nice stuff, so a bit limited there, but the blanket will be really useful for him.
MIL - no idea yet. H has bought her a box of Black Magic. I think I might need to get something more than that......
