I have been on it 3 moths now and all 3months I have had AF arriving on week 3 lasting about 10days. I'm not sure why I take it same time everyday ect. I have just got repeat prescription and think ill give it another 3 months to see if it settles down.
Anyone had any experience of this?? Should I just change pill? Been on it before i had kids and its always been perfect for me so didn't really want to change it that's why thought I'd give it another 3months
ahhhh its soooo annoying though.

I've been having similar problems but on different pills. I was on Marvelon for years and years before having F and never had any problems. I started taking it again a few months after he was born and suffered with occasional spotting which got more frequent. I was then changed to Cilest to see if altering the hormones slightly would help - I started Cilest in January and, up until the last few days, I thought the problem was sorted but I've since had bleeding (I'm about half way through the strip).
As it happens, I had my pill review this afternoon and so I mentioned all the problems. Apparently things should have settled down now so I've got to go back for swabs if the spotting continues.
I really does feel like having a baby has messed things up slightly.
I'd perhaps give things a little longer just in case it settles down but if not, I'd definitely mention it to your GP/nurse x
