Ok if I do a run through of everything can you tell me if its ok. There's 40ish coming and as times gone on I now actually think they are going to eat me alive!
ok- hall will be set up with a 1 balloon surrounded with ball put, walkers, roddy ride on and bubble machine and balloons, then at the other end of the room a 4 balloon with craft table, cars, garage, hula hoops, football and cones, cosy coupes and balloons obv there will be chairs for parents to ssit
iv done a craft table as I just think some children may get a bit over whelmed so its the chill out zone. On the craft ramble there will be crayons, pritt stick, coloured paper, paper plates and gruffalo picture to colour in
fown stairs is where we are having good. Now how would you set this up as the 2 are having cake. L wants to sitnext to his 2 best mate. So would you have Isaac next to his mates (all aged 11 months to 1) and sing happy birthday separately or have Isaac next to L and we sing happy birthday once???
on the food side of things iv got:pizza, curly fries, chicken nuggets, Pom bear crisps, Swiss roll, jammy dodgers, cucumber and carrot sticks and some melon (Im providing tea and coffee for parents... And smart price custard creams ) but my FIL us horrified and thinks the parents need food (they aren't getting food)
so plan is arrive, dance/play for a bit, iv then got a tambourine to shake to get all their attention, play musical statues (in view if L being a nightmare at this and a terrible loose. I'v got stickers to put on everyone who is 'out', then the last one gets a prize (poundshop tat), then tambourine again and ask everyone to join hands in a circle, they all sit and we play pass the parcel (a few parcels of pound shop tat going round, sweets in each layer), then downstairs for food. Then bring the cakes out, then up stairs for best dancer compitition and finish off with the Hokey Cokey, then a select few back to ours for much needed wine and I can dr stress.
is that ok????

Party bags consist of
Isaacs friends - a little book (they come in those book libraries), cake, Milky Way stars, bubbles, balloon
Lucas friends - a football whistle for boys, a yoyo for girls, bubbles, a tattoo, Milky Way stars, cake and a gruffalo mask (its a plain bit of paper but they need to stock to card, colour in and cut out iyswim)
Is that ok?

CP Sounds like you've got it sorted mate! The parents do not need food. Good call on the biccies and one very important thing DO NOT FORGET MILK (like I did!)
As for cake I'd do two separate tables for everyone or group of smaller tables so little ones together and older ones together. Then sing happy birthday twice. Do L first as I won't really understand.

Thanks both. Belle iv not got milk and actually would have forgotten
I'm vvvv scared, they all look innocent but I reckon Itl be carnage. I have 3 teacher friends coming though so I'm hoping they will take over one is a secondary school teacher and has no qualms in handing out detentions at school so hopefully she will do her quiet but serious voice and they will all be fine x
