im really struggling to lose my baby weight this time around. i always make sure my kids eat healthy but after having my little girl in december im really struggling to shift the weight. i dont have time for things like the gym at the moment so can anyone recommend what i can do instead?
what worked for everyone else?

Hi there, Losing weight can be quite difficult after pregnancy. But eating smartly by choosing some good foods with lots of nutrients, protein, whole grains, etc.

Drink a lot of water and only if you can...walk! That's a minimum of your daily exercise that you need to not even get slim but just stay healthy.
