    Hi girls
    we are due to start ICSI in the next month or so (NHS) and have read that a diet rich in protien can be benificial.
    I think i read in zita west's book that it was round about 60g per day, but i don't know what that means in reality.
    If there is 30g in 100g of meat then how do we manage to get that much protien every day?
    Also depending on what and where you read there is contradictory advice regarding dairy.
    Any idea weather i should be avoiding or not?
    really want to get things like this right so that i feel more in control and as if I'm doing something constructive!

    Hiya danipink, if you look on my thread a little lower down about improving chances for IVF there are quite a few good tips on there from the lovely ladies.
    As we speak I am drinking a strawberry protein shake from Holland Barrets!! It's not too bad at all (if you like milkshake) and has 20g of protein in it! I think nuts and eggs also have protein in??? Good luck xx I started down regging yesterday so just a little ahead of you, so happy to answer any questions.
