not really birth related but could effect labor and im desperate

i went for my 20 week scan today and everything ok with baba, but ive been told that i have a highly elevated hormone level and his puts me at i high risk of developing pre eclampia. so i have from now on got to have my bp done every two weeks and i have to have a scan at 28 and 34 weeks to make sure baby not too small, i have never heard of this before and im quite worried particularly because my oh is away in 7th of jan for 2 weeks so if baba has to come early he will miss it, has anyone else come across this do you know if its likely i will have to have him early??

    Thanks

    Hi Lucy
Did they say it was high hormone level or high protein in your urine. I have never heard of high hormone level showing signs of pre-eclampsia. x
