This is going to sound very strange but i am 6 days overdue and all day today ive had a funny sensation. Its almost like a very gentle vibration inside my cervix. I was with consultant on thursday and she told me my cervix was soft and central but neck of womb wasnt open, so couldnt preform a sweep. Im wondering is this a sign of going into labout havent been keeping an eye on time but seems to be every 5 mins or so and has been going on most of the day no matter what i have done. Can any one offer advise or had this before??Its very strange and feel like its all in my head because ive never heard anyone mention it before. xx

Midwife called out today so asked her and she said that it is the head moving of my cervix as i yhave just became fully engaged. She did a sweep so having some pains and a little spotting fingers crossed it will get things moving. Although if not i think they will start me on tuesday as there is now protein n my urine as well as high bp but trying to stay out of hospital as long as possible.xoxo
